These guys are great. You may find a little lower price but they are well worth a little extra. Tyler does what he says and can be trusted. He came daily and actually worked with the crew. Josh and his crew are awesome. They work hard, do great work and friendly. You couldn’t find a more trustworthy company to do your pool work. I wanted a small in ground pool and couldn't be more pleased. Even the folks at the office are very helpful and friendly. Great people and company.

Very good experience which could have been great. In March 2024 I contacted Aqua Pools about installing a replacement liner. Tyler arrived to survey the pool to determine what all was needed. He promised an estimate before COB same day and I received it by email around 3:30. Boy was I shocked, but then I started looking around I hadn’t realized how much pool prices have increased since 2002 when I had mine installed. Searching for a cheaper solution I found I could save a few bucks but it was with private contractors doing it as a side business. I checked out reviews on line…and it was almost a waste of time unless you read between the lines. With the reviews, there wasn’t really a company anyone should choose because EVERYONE was universally mediocre to bad. So, after I recovered from the sticker shock I went with Aqua pools of Fort Walton Beach. Why? Well when I arrived in NWF in 1995 Aqua pools were here and you don’t remain in business that long without being at least semi-competent. Anyway I contracted with them and placed a deposit. I was tentatively scheduled for a mid to late June start date. My pool had been down with bad liner for over 6 years and had TREES growing in it. All was removed including roots and hauled away. Then they had to install well points to siphon ground water away. In just a week’s time the pool was done with all new mechanicals, filter, and Polaris cleaner. At the start of this review I stated the service could have been great…if a couple of idle members of the crew had taken a garden rake and raked out the piles of dirt left on the lawn periphery. It only took me about 15 minutes to do it myself, but I don’t feel I should have had to. Overall, I am very happy with my pool and the job Tyler, Josh, Juan, Mike and Dwayne did. I would hire them again.

DO NOT USE FOR ANYTHING. They installed a liner for me less than 10 months ago. About a month ago the liner was popping out of the liner lock track. Technician Tyler comes by and says "just popped it in with my thumb, no big deal". Fast forward a week in a half and the first monsoon of the season hits, the pool filled and the liner lock failed. Technician Tyler says "groundwater" and not Aqua's problem. Absolute trash and if I could go back I would pay 6 times more than I paid to literally ANYONE else.

Great team effort in responding to an algae bloom. Rick our pool tech suspected a chlorinator issue and set a service call. The response was within a day with Trey, repair tech finding a line block from the chlorinator and clearing it. Reliable service we’ve counted on for years

Update: Heather in the office is awesome! She is professional and doesn't mind explaining the processes and reasoning behind them. I will update about the lining process once it is finished. Right now, I am leaving my stars at 3 which means my experience has be "Okay", but not Wonderful.
Wow... The response says it all... poor attitudes from employees. I was being generous with 3 stars saying that it's ok. You have failed to realize that my family is currently spending thousands of dollars at your place of business. Kindness goes miles.

Just had a new liner installed! Oh my goodness can't say enough nice comments on the professional experience we received!!! Tyler was the very best . He kept us informed from the quote he made us to the when, how,and what to expect day by day. He and his liner crew were the best I've ever experienced! Best place in town to get water tested. Their prices for chemicals are kinda high. I buy Muriatic acid there because that is the only place that sells it.

The Folks at Aqua Pool & Patio gave Us excellent advice on how to clear up the algae and then clean up the haze/cloudy water. Great advice and also tips on how to save water while running vacuum to waste.
