Bought a brand new car the dealership send me here to have a factory mistake on the door fixed. Well the door turned out good got it home and rinsed it off thinking it was dust all over it. Come to find out it was over spray went back up there to have them removed it. They took it in clay bar to remove it looked good when I picked it up about a week later I went to wash it rinsed it off noticed a spot looks like they scrubbed it to much with flag bar a lot still had overspray on my rims. Everytime I wash it I have to use slick mist so it’s not noticeable. Been dealing with car lot about 4 weeks or longer trying to get them to send it somewhere else finally gave up so here I am on positive note I had them remove a dent on the hood it turned out good the spot they touched up the paint you can clearly tell it’s two different colors .

I will never take my car anywhere else and neither should you. An unforeseen event on a Saturday afternoon left me with a fairly deep gouge in one of my doors and enough anxiety to to kill a horse. Monday morning, I frantically called body shops, but was met with scheduling dilemmas and disheartening estimates. Nervous that I would end up dealing with a body shop that sensed my naivety and take advantage, I made my way down my list. Even Google had failed me in my attempts to research the extent of the damage and approximate cost to repair. I was lost. All Pro Dent Repair answered the phone on the first try and was very quick and knowledgeable in their answers to my questions. Timing was super important as I live and work almost an hour away. I would need to rent a car and was hoping to make everything as logistically and financially efficient as possible. Within an hour, I had my appointment scheduled for 8am the following morning with confidence that the work could be started immediately upon approval of my estimate. I showed up at 8am and everyone sprung into action. Associates met me as soon as I walked in and we got started. The estimate took only minutes and, to my surprise, was extremely reasonable and didn’t make my wallet scream in agony. All Pro is conveniently located down the road from a Hertz so I was on my way to work in a rental within an hour. Next day, I returned the rental as soon as they opened and found my car waiting for me at All Pro looking good as new! I was so nervous that I would be able to tell somewhere, somehow, that it had been repaired and repainted. I tend to be detail-oriented to a fault. I have studied it and had others do the same. It is absolute perfection. I’m still amazed at how quickly they were able to get me in and how the work they did is so seamless. The whole experience and everyone involved deserves praise. I am so grateful and will never take my car anywhere else. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, I know that the work will be done well and at a fair price. I was in anxiety Hell on Saturday and, come Wednesday morning, all is well in my little world again. Thanks, All Pro. You guys are awesome!

We bought our 2017 Jaguar F-Pace at night so we did not notice this dent in the passenger side door shown in the attached picture.As we were visiting family in the area, I dropped it off to see if it could be fixed. Right at 1 hour, they were finished with this plus 2 other small dings. Nothing short of a miracle! No idea how they fixed a dent on the crease of the door.Shannon is awesome! I recommend them to everyone. If he can't do it, he will tell you. I am amazed on how perfect our R-Sport is now.**Update**We also purchased a 2018 Yukon which had 3 small dents right on the crease just as our Jaguar did, we dropped it off to Shannon and while we had lunch, he fixed all 3 to where you never knew they were there. Keep in mind, we drove from Delaware to see family and made it a point to come to him as I have attempted to have other dents removed at other location and no one compares to Shannon's work. I will literally drive half way across the county to bring my repairs to him!

My first experience with All Pro Dent was back in 2007. Now to be fair and to provide 100% transparency to those reading this, I have extreme OCD when it involves my vehicles. In summary, I am the biggest thorn if something is not perfect...I purchased my first brand new vehicle and went to a gas station a few days later for it's first fill up. Well, it was a windy day and when I opened the door to get out, the wind caught the door and slammed it into the steel post next to the fuel pump. This event resulted in a 8in vertical crease down the driver side door... I was absolutely sick to my stomach!A friend in the car business told me about All Pro Dent. I made the call and told Shannon if there was any chance this would not turn out absolutely perfect, not to bother. He was confident and assured me it would be good as new. It was repaired in a little over an hour with precision!Ever since, I have brought my other vehicles to All Pro Dent for various other dings & such. I've always been impressed with the quality of work and their eagerness to help. All Pro Dent is absolutely a top notch company & I won't go anywhere else!Thanks for being awesome!

Had a very minor dent on the tailgate of my 22' Maverick, and went to go get an estimate and they said they could get it done right then and there, and sure enough it was done in less than an hour! I can't even tell where the dent was now! Thank you so much guys, I definitely will be back when the time comes!
