the racetrack rd location is the way to go. they'll get you taken care of and on your way in no time. store always well stocked which is a huge bonus, nothing more frustrating than going to a store for one thing and it's out of stock lol.

I really appreciated the service and care of Mr. Ard (sorry, I did not catch your first name!). I came in for new wipers and he was very patient, took the time to explain different kinds to me and even put them on for me in the rain (even though I did not need him to, he insisted!). He also took the time to ensure I was happy with the new wipers, as wes I was having an unusual issue with my last pair which were just a couple months old (they were not purchased from here). Thank you again for the great service, I will definitely be back!!

There is an african american staff here who is amazing. He has excellent customer service so we keep returning here even when we can purchase our products from other places. He made us feel appreciated and takes the time to explain stuff that he knows. This place is great!

If your looking for auto parts don't go here in Fort Walton Beach we stood by and waited 5 minutes for the employees there to finish talking then as we were checking out they took a call and sounded like they was talking to there friends on the phone and they just walked away leaving us standing there very unprofessional

Shawn is an absolute god sent and is the only reason why I wasn't stranded in Fort Walton. Not only did he do his job by getting the desired parts I had requested, he explained in detail the best way to use them, used great examples using his expertise in the area. The best part is that if anyone else would have helped me, I truly believe I would have been stranded for at least a day and would have had to pay more then $1000 in d*** repairs. Shawn is the f****** man.

Tim was wonderful! I had just gotten an oil change and unfortunately the shop had gotten oil all on the inside of my car. I came in and tried to buy cleaning wipes. He asked me what I was planning on cleaning, I let him know the story, and he told me what I had picked out would only be for dust. He found me wipes with degreaser on them. And they ended up being cheaper! I went home and they worked perfectly. I really appreciate his willingness to find me exactly what I needed.
