Being a victim and getting a hold of the claims department is very poor. Two stores for actually getting what is old to me and I had to be my own secret agent to actually access the money.

Tim gets 10 gold stars !!! However , corporate gets none , if I could give them a minus sign I would ! I had a claim in September, put my vehicle in the shop in December, the body shop had it ready to go within a week. The insurance company has made me jump through so many hoops , as well as the collision company, here we are into January and they are still dragging their feet. I have never been so disappointed in the run around and blatant lies I am told every day. No one in corporate knows how to do their job, every one has an excuse and no one follows up on anything. Good luck if you ever need to actually use the insurance you pay for….

Tim Prince at the Fort Walton Beach on Eglin parkway. Was Amazing. He helped me as soon as I walked in the door. Walked out with new insurance on my car. He was so nice and answered all my questions. He's an awesome worker for your company. I'll recommend other people to that store.

I had received a car through an inheritance. Doing all the back and forth from the dmv to insurance and back to the dmv. I went to another insurance provider and they put me through the wringer asking questions just to tell me I was ineligible. I went into acceptance on Eglin parkway and met Tim. Enter the painless zone. Within 20 minutes I left with a policy and was able to Register my car. Thanks Tim!
