This is the worst Wells Fargo ever came in today with my elderly Veteran Dad and they waited over 1 1/2 hours and nothing got done I asked the bank manager to help us but he told me he was busy ona call and he just got back from 2week vacation we left as my Dadcouldn't wait anymore they deserve 0 stars as they don't care about anyone

The employees here try their hardest to help you best as possible & my favorite employee, Ethan, work ethic definitely shows it. Taking away one star because I don’t like the bank itself.

This bank is the worst bank to go to the customer service is a zero star the people in there including the haitian girl with the red hair and the manager were very disrespectful. If I could rate them a zero star I would they barley have any workers in there to help you you have to sit and wait for hours until someone can assist worst bank to go to!! Stay away

Very very disappointed . This lady in the Drive-Thru her name is Niki! Very rude and Unprofessional .I won't go in details. I went inside the bank to speak with the manager and nobody could help this was at 11:00 in the morning what a terrible customer service I already report this to Wells Fargo complaining department honestly I don't know how they run this Bank.

Hung up on without being connected to an actual service rep. Told to go to app...fill in info. necessary to bank thru their bank's on line service. Questions I have could not be answered by online proceedures...very rude and also showing a lack of interest in new business. In my opinion; a lack of interest in thier customer's needs as well as an over interest in acquiring the money paying their wages without really providing a service to their customers .willl be the demise

I love this bank. I have had the same bank accounts number over 30 years.I have been coming to this location many years even before it was Wells Fargo. I have seen it being critical as a unsafe areas. This is not true. I am a Customer for LIFE. By the way I have started account for all my Grands from baby to establish bank History early in their futures.

This bank is a criminal enterprise. I am living in Colombia SA and have been trying unsuccessfully to get a replacement debit card . I have made no progress with this bank. I've given them all sorts of IDs, spent over $200 in contacting them. Can't get connected to a manager to solve this stalemate. I was told that I needed to give them the exact date and exact amount dispensed from an ATM in US$. That's impossible as I don't usually ask for a printed stub and it's been well over a month since the card went missing.
