I have NOT once been pleased with the level or service or customer service I have received at this dealership. My car has been brought there numerous times for the same issues with NO resolution. Still waiting to see what Corporate offices of Lincoln are going to do to get all these issued resolved.

Updated. They say they will reach out but they never do. Grade A scam artists they are.
Worst service. Brought my car in for recalls. Made sure to schedule a appointment and also made sure parts were already in before bringing my car in from a 30 min drive each way. Was then told I had to come in another day because they "needed approval". Told them that I currently take care of my disabled father and I have to pay to have someone watch him and it would cost me more money to have to come in again. I also told them that they should have told me this before I came in. I was basically told "oh well". Wasn't even offered an apology. Their manager was rude and inconsiderate. I ended up paying over 200 bucks for something that should have been free due to it being a recall because they can't run a informative crew. If I were you I'd take a longer drive to Palm beach to see a Lincoln dealer. Save yourself a headache from this terrible dealership.

My Vehicle was there for 2 months with only promises that they are still working on it, then to find out that they cant fix it so it cost me more than I wanted to pay for that repair. I understand that they usually give a military discount for repairs, but they told me that they did not make any money on this repair after I paid them $2346.59 which I could have done somewhere else for under $1500 using the same parts that they used. So I am very disappointed in them for dragging me out for two months.

My navigator went multiple times to Wallace to fix the transmission. Never was fixed right! Now I found out - oxygen center- a hose melted because a bad installation. I paid repairs and a rental car again. I called Wallace no answers!
