Pharmacist stated that they may not have time to fill the script, when we asked for the script back stating we would go elsewhere and where going to leave she said they would probably get it done. Trusting her and the fact that they had an hr before closing we gave her the script. We came back before closing finding 5 people infront of us at the drive thru, we waited and it hit 8pm as the customer infront of us went to the window as they left and we pulled forward for our turn they closed the blinds and rudely stated they were closed and didn't have time.
They did not have to lie to us, we were more than willing to go elsewhere. Now after oral surgery I don't have the pain meds or antibiotics prescribed to me.
Will never recommend this place to anyone... EVER

12/1/2024 at approximately 1250 pm. I stand in line behind one customer. After waiting on her, the cashier just left me standing in front of the counter without saying one word. After several minutes, I had to ask the other cashier who was across, is she coming back? She answered no. To me, that is not good customer service.

Just wanted to say what a great employee you have in Yousley. Forgive me if I spelled her name wrong. She was so patient and helpful while I was making some photos the other night. She is a hard worker and deserves a raise! When she was on the main register and could not leave her post, she took the time to call someone to help me. Thank you for making my night!

If I could leave zero stars I would I went in there looking for revlon nail polish and they didn’t have it and their clearance item signs were very misleading as my polish rung up for full price poorly stocked dump and they lie about their clearance go to CVS

Maria was so polite, informative, kind, and helpful! She made my day with her kindness and how helpful she was. It’s hard to get this kind of service anymore. I hope . her outstanding work should gets recognized and rewarded bc she was like this with everyone!!

Always nice stopping in this Walgreens. It’s clean, organized, fully stocked and filled with friendly employees. Lots of parking and prices are certainly competitive.

I came through the drive thru to pick up my prescription that I have been waiting on for two days and my throat is swollen and i could barely talk . They wanted me to verify a address I didn’t even stay at in 8 years I gave them my current address , mind you I had verified my info over the phone and at the window they didn’t give me my prescription told me I had to go to another to get it transferred and Kristi especially was very rude to me ! Her and two other workers because I couldn’t verify the address they had and they were saying they didn’t want to give me someone else’s prescription when I clearly verified name number and I had my license with me . They held my prescriptions I ended up going to the one on US-1 to get my scripts . Bad customer service and they shouldn’t hold things pertaining to peoples health . Very unacceptable

The best part about getting your prescriptions filled at Walgreens is that if you become familiar with the people, they will actually call you and let you know if prescriptions aren’t to be mixed together and check on you and see how the reactions are to the prescriptions. Walgreens staff truly does care for you .

This is the worst pharmacy around. The woman is very rude. They won't even give you a courtesy to let you know if your medicine is ready. And if you ask her about it, she gets all upset and you that they don't have to do it. I'm going to Publix

Pharmacy I swear likes to see me waste gas and time. More than once I've been told I'd get a call if a prescription wasn't ready, never got calls, show up, never ready. Always one thing after another

Stay away from Walgreens pharmacy. My family I had used Walgreens for years. I've had horrible rude unprofessional service. This location definitely being the worst. The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are definitely in need of some customer service training. With all of the current conflict in the world ,common courtesy as opposed to condescending would be greatly appreciated. Considering people are struggling for every penny, I highly suggest that you not patronize any establishment that doesn't value you as a customer.Try Publix stead. Friendly professional service with a staff that actually cares about your well-being they will treat you with respect as a customer and a human being..

Thank you to Mark & Sherry from the pharmacy for helping me fill my grandpa's prescriptions unexpectedly last minute. I appreciate the pharmacy for being open during the weekdays until 9pm very convenient for customers. Recommend this pharmacy. Fast and friendly.
