“Customer service can be better but I can tell they are good people. Car value is super overpriced though! Bought 2 cars from them. Can’t drive to get the cars checked out. super suspicious. Bring a diagnostic machine because it’s as is no warranty and you need “full coverage ”. So consider that amount when you buy as well. Thanks for the response.”

“I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from here. I have never purchased a vehicle from anyone other than a dealership for a new or used car. Jack Grady appeared to be very honest about all of his vehicles and their condition & any red flags regarding the vehicles. So, I took a chance and purchased my 1st vehicle from him, a 2010 Cadillac CTS. The car was almost showroom condition & had no issues. 2 years later I purchased my 2nd car from Jack. My husband & I have developed a friendship with Jack - very easy to do because he has a great pleasant, humorous personality. I would have my grandchildren buy from him except that they are 1300 miles away. They are planning a visit to us sometime in 2020 & I will take them to meet Jack so they can talk about what they are looking for.Bottom line is that I do not believe Jack is dishonest like other dealerships of this type or out to screw anyone. I will continue to consult Jack before any other auto sales company if I should need another vehicle which I doubt will be in the near future because my new Edge is impeccable mechanically and looks almost new!I’m 100% pleased with both purchases from him and I highly respect his business ethics and decided that he is my “go to” dealer for my auto purchases for my vehicles. He also has wonderful, talented mechanics if I needed any service.Thanks Jack - you’re #1 in our eyes.”

“I've purchased 3 vehicles here and helped someone else purchase one. Keeping in mind I have been there several times and have had to leave without a car as well a couple of times. Just have to do the research ideally pull a carfax if possible and put a code scanner to make sure there are no major issues. If you're going to buy a car that's under $4k in today's market would need to be aware it ain't gonna be perfect. Also they are human beings and have their bad days like any of us.”
