“Initially I was called by a gentleman named Marc which gave me an appointment and he personally LOCATED MY VEHICLE which couldn’t be found ANYWHERE! When I got there I was greeted by excellent customer service! This dealer has had a MAJOR improvement! I came in and dealt with a salesman Brandon who was SUPER professional and informed me well on the vehicle! I was then helped by 2 managers Chuck and Rodney who were BEYOND RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND VERY FRIENDLY!!!!!!! I then was taken into finance and dealt with a guy named Robert Coker who wasn’t money hungry and informed me of the packages that were needed! I WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from here. I have never purchased a vehicle from anyone other than a dealership for a new or used car. Jack Grady appeared to be very honest about all of his vehicles and their condition & any red flags regarding the vehicles. So, I took a chance and purchased my 1st vehicle from him, a 2010 Cadillac CTS. The car was almost showroom condition & had no issues. 2 years later I purchased my 2nd car from Jack. My husband & I have developed a friendship with Jack - very easy to do because he has a great pleasant, humorous personality. I would have my grandchildren buy from him except that they are 1300 miles away. They are planning a visit to us sometime in 2020 & I will take them to meet Jack so they can talk about what they are looking for.Bottom line is that I do not believe Jack is dishonest like other dealerships of this type or out to screw anyone. I will continue to consult Jack before any other auto sales company if I should need another vehicle which I doubt will be in the near future because my new Edge is impeccable mechanically and looks almost new!I’m 100% pleased with both purchases from him and I highly respect his business ethics and decided that he is my “go to” dealer for my auto purchases for my vehicles.
