This old lady was so mean and she never told me when my package is ready for pick up and she was always yelling at me like damn take a chill pill and kick me out the center she need to be fired ups give her a punishment.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from UPS ,Not only was my package lost, but the way in which the situation was handled was completely unacceptable.

The black lady who works the front counter needs to be fired immediately. She was EXTREMELY mean. I showed up at 11:35 am and I understand you “close” at 11:30, but I explained to her through the door this is the only time I’m available to come by. She proceeded to SCREAM at me saying “WE ARE CLOSED I AM NOT HELPING YOU.” Then, turns off the light. Who acts that way towards other people? I’ll answer for you, CHILDREN. From the other terrible reviews I see here, she is a constant problem and it’s sad management won’t do anything about it.

Garbage of a service. Delivering packages that need a signature at work times. How the hell do you exp ct people to sign the packages your delivering if they're out working!!!??? Make it bloody easy to call the location for goodness sakes. Hate UPS!

WHAT'S WITH YOUR HOURS? OMG I wish I had hours like this. Work two hours, take a THREE HOUR LUNCH, work three more hours, then close up shop. You have GOT to be kidding me. UPS is more expensive than FedEx ground, and not-so-friendly service. I hate coming here.

It's 100% true the lady at the counter is super mean. And the drivers just lie about failed deliveries. UPS=U PEOPLE SUCK!!! I would get fired of I was this terrible at my job. They get paid good and still can't get it right.
