Absolutely the worst. Received a quote $150 over priced for a trailer light service. Staff was annoyed that I questioned the price. Manager reluctantly checked the order and corrected the price for service after seeing their discrepancy. The price went from $250 to $70. I was then informed they didn't have the trailer wire in stock and for me to make an appointment several weeks away. This is totally unprofessional. This is a basic part for this service and I would need to wait weeks? Calling UHaul corporate to see what can be done.

This particular location was very disappointing. From a retail management point of view,they were the most heavily staffed organization I've seen with the most minimal workload. It would be better off to have less employees and just have one or two that were competent in their skill set.I had a unique personal situation which wasn't the most organized on my end.However getting basic questions answered and troubleshooting was quite a challenge. Fortunately corporate customer service was able to help me hammer everything out. There is one gentleman there, younger slender and with lighter colored eyes. I don't remember his name and I don't believe he was a supervisor although he probably should be because he was the most personable and knowledgeable one anytime I was there.I have used U-Haul for military life and most likely will continue to do so however I would not recommend this location. Obviously the store manager cannot be there 24 hours a day, and her absence it has to be someone in there competent enough to troubleshoot and handle challenging situations. Both times that I was there with an issue I was told I would have to come back and speak to the store manager. Better training and organization would be more helpful to the store and the customers.

They were able to help me right away woth a motorcycle hitch. They did all the hookup too. Fast prompt service.

The counter lady was very negative, I called before and a girl spoke to me in Spanish, she told me that they were available, and when I went to the place, another attended me and told me that there were NO?and instead of offering other places, I answered in an unusual way..that bad.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and I called 2 hours before the appointment and they said i was not on the schedule and the hitch was not in stock. Useless, useless, useless.. ZERO STARS.. The employee said the hitch would takes weeks to order. ZERO STARS.. Now i have to scramble to find another alternative.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment show up and had to wait 2 hours before I had to reschedule. Bring the car back and had to leave it for a day. Went back a day later after they said it's ready and it still wasn't worked on. 3 days later after fighting with them they finally had it ready. Then they tried charging me twice. Stay away

Will never go here again. Had an appointment to have a hitch put on my vehicle. I get there only to be told that the tech called in sick. I got no phone call or anything before hand letting me know. So I make a new appointment. For four weeks later. My boyfriend called the U-Haul call center to make a complaint, only to find out that the owner had lied to me. It wasn't that the tech called in sick. They didn't have the hitch. How hard is it to call and let someone know they don't have the part yet. And why lie to me about it!!

2 part visit. First one 2 wks ago when they installed hitch. They pre ordered it came in when they said. All was well. That same day we ordered a bike rack which was suppose to be in this morning. Clerk told me that if it would not be there they would call me. Got email and text to confirm appt. It takes great effort for me to get to uhaul so this morning i drive 45 min. Bike rack was not there. Clerk then told me they would not put it togeher. Just give it to me when it comes in. When i ordered they were gonna put it together and slide in my hitch. Sad shame cause i have another truck that needs same thing.

Scheduling appointments without the proper parts for the job and then they wait until the day before the appointment to let you know. Terrible business practices.
