I wouldn’t even give them the one star this has been the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with I asked for 4 minor thing to be fixed and to go over the bike and let me know if it needed anything else which was never done they started out fixing things I did not ask for or okay them to do they never call and most of the time won’t answer every time I came in I got the run around first it was he didn’t have any help then it was him and his wife were having problems when I finally was fed up I came back and my bike was pulled apart and looked a mess said it needed a wiring harness which I don’t believe it needed or did I approve and that he also had to change other things out because he put a new wiring harness on it and then didn’t even know how to put the wiring harness on told me the bike didn’t run when I dropped it off which is a lie I was riding it prior to dropping it off just needed carbs rebuilt kill switch tail light and ask for a new key because I didn’t like mine so I have been raising hell trying to get them to do something because I want my bike back they have had it for over a year I was told I could pay them for what was done and go somewhere else but I dropped off a running and would be getting a mess back said I’m not paying for work that wasn’t complete so he sent my bike to another shop without my permission the new shop said he kept asking for them to get ahold off me but had no luck and then proceeded to tell me that he had to fix everything the other guy was claiming he fixed

Notes:
1) Parts not replaced but charged for.
2) Carb. parts that were damaged during repair not replaced.
3) Internal carb.parts falling out of designated location because they were not installed correctly.
4) Parts replaced with inferior products which are not intended for that application. Including fuel line that is actually automotive heater hose for coolant not fuel.
And sealers used instead of replacing gaskets.
I’ll never do business here again.
I’m filing a civil suite next week

I was stranded in Fort Pierce with bad tires 1700 miles away from home. Went to see Pat and he replaced both tires on my bike. Really good customer service and experienced mechanic.Service: Tires

Rolled in off the street...Needing a rear tire rotor and brake pads on my road glide...They had work they were doing in their shop...but pulled off and got me fixed up...ALL done and back on the road in an hour and 10 min....Thx Pat that's the way you run a business and get new customers...From now on my bike is yoursGreat job..Bike runs and feels great...!!!Thanks to you and your guys...???
