I strongly recommend the porch factory for screen enclosure/patio repair. Mine was difficult. I live in a condo in Hutchinson Island. The Hurricaine shutters were built INSIDE patio by previous owner, screens ripped by kitten, banister coming apart. Several companies either said they couldn’t do it, or didn’t show up. Porch factory rebuilt the enclosure from the outside, second floor. More importantly, they returned calls & showed up on time.

I hired the porch factory to fix a disaster another contractor made. I was surprised I did not have to wait too long for the actual work. This was the only company that actually got on my roof and measured the pitch of the existing gutter and gave me a relatively easy solution, compared to other estimates. The guys were very nice, and they did a meticulous job. It has not rained since the new pool screen gutter section and downspout was put in, but I have high hopes. And I must also mention the section they fixed looks way better that it was before.

3 stars due to very poor communication from the company to us the customer. Signed the contract through our pool contractor Louden and other then the girls in the office never even spoke to the project Mgr Andie. Our installers Ellis and Cody were the best kept us informed every step even when it appeared that someone measured wrong… we love how our enclosure turned out. Took a few weeks to post as I was waiting for pool to finally be finished.

The two servicemen who came to resolve the rust problem that I had with my balcony railings finished the work and it was much appreciated. Your company is honest and honorable.In addition, Nate and his assistant were very punctual, polite and efficient. The job they performed was very neat and theycleaned up very well after the job was complete. Nate was helpful and informative in suggestions going forward as to howto care for the railing better considering that I live right on the ocean. I will recommend this company to friends as well as neighbors with the same issues.

Porch factory did my pool screen enclosure a few years back and did a great job.Recently there was a different issue where the enclosure had to be taken down.They removed the existing and re-installed it with an addition added to it and was very happy with the finished product.

Our addition is beautiful! Porch Factory did a fabulous job. They were on time, took less time than expected, and left the area clean. I recommend them 100%.

Total scammers. They redid our screen enclosure a while back and never replaced the screws they put into the quote. When I had someone redo their work, they said there is no way those screws were replaced as they were completely rotted through. They could not even find their own invoice as they had an IT "incident" years back and lost all of their data! I tried to reach the owner multiple times after his staff was less than helpful, but never received a call or email. Terrible work and liars! Andie did not try to help resolve the issue and would not call me back for months. I have everything completely documented on the work you were suppose to do and did not even though they lost their documentation because of poor IT practices internally.6/5/2023 update - Called and left message a week ago right after Andie Brann's response, I never heard from her, so her post about calling her wasn't a genuine outreach apparently. 6/27/2023 update - Still never heard from Andie Brann, so I am going to assume I never will even though her response was to contact her directly.9/5/2023 update - Never heard from Andie Brann, my review remains accurate.
