Thanks to Josh and his team for coming out on a Saturday morning to install my gutters.
They arrived as scheduled was very professional and did and nice job. They cleaned up after the work was finished.

Overall as good as any if not better. Not the lowest price. Highest out of three quotes. Not always about price for me but still is important. I am focused on quality materials, labor and customer service. My installer was very good and a genuine personable person. Nice people to do business with.

I called to get an estimate for new windows and screens on my solarium. Was told no problem but next appt isn't for 7 weeks. OK. I received a text for rescreening. I corrected Kim that my estimate was was new windows. Then she said, We don't sell or install windows. Well, gee thanks for wasting my time. Cancel appt.

This is a first class company from the owner Jim to the office manager Andi. They did my pool screen held up thru 2 hurricanes they have fixed my fence multiple times when other construction crews damaged when my house was being built. Every single person on the team is first in class they care about the customer, Nate, Cameron, And the new superstar TJ who will never leave you hanging. TJ one day noticed my fence was not right after a super hot summer day he took and extra hour after 5 pm to make sure it was perfect. He will never leave without making sure it is done perfect, The ownership of the company is simply amazing giving back to the community hiring individuals out of high school and putting them in there culture with amazing training. This is what great companies do. If you need a fence or a pool screen I would recommend them everyday and twice on Sunday Julio Martinez

Total scammers. They redid our screen enclosure a while back and never replaced the screws they put into the quote. When I had someone redo their work, they said there is no way those screws were replaced as they were completely rotted through. They could not even find their own invoice as they had an IT "incident" years back and lost all of their data! I tried to reach the owner multiple times after his staff was less than helpful, but never received a call or email. Terrible work and liars!

Our pool builder set us up with The Porch Factory. Although it did take quite a while before they got started, once I was in the queue things progressed at a more reasonable pace. The woman that measured was professional, friendly and helpful. Daryl and his install team completed the install in about 4 days (the enclosure is about 1,800 square feet). They were friendly and professional. They kept me informed each day as to what to expect next. With hurricane season now over and new home construction slowing, maybe the lead time from start to finish will shorten.

This is a Non responsive company! They do not have good customer service. I had a bad experience with one of the salesman...he did not care about pets or doggie doors...I called to see about another salesperson and was promised by the office staff she would call me the next day...She finally called 6 days later. Not a good experience!

Gutter replacement. The installers were very professional, they worked hard and were fast completing the job. I would highly recommend Gutter Factory and will use them again when I need them cleaned. It was a pleasure dealing with them and they were very reasonably priced.

I had a long term problem with a leak in the main gutter on my lanai.I called many gutter companies but was told service was only offered to gutters they installed.I called gutter factory and spoke to Chris.He explained problem and gave me suggestions. He was professional and informative. A pleasure to work with.When I am able to replace my gutter Gutter Factory is the place I’ll call.Chris- thank you so much.
