Poor service. They would get no stars from mePlaced an order for a funeral. The could've least call me and let me know they canceled my order because they didn't have it. Didn't even give me the opportunity to send another arrangement. Sorry way to run a business.

I placed an order online early for a gourmet basket to be sent to a family who lost a relative. They called me asking if okay to delivery a day later then requested because of Valentine’s Day they didn’t have items needed in stock. I explained I was okay with substitution because I didn’t know if said friend would still be in town next day. They said they’d call their vendor then call me back. I never got a call! Hours later I got a cancellation email! Leaving me to have to start whole process over again. The least they could have done was respectfully called me since it was for a grieving friend.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I ordered the winter dreams bouquet of flowers and definitely did not get what I ordered, I called them back to tell them I didn't get the flowers I ordered and no answer their voicemail was full so I've called them 5 times and no answer or call back at all. This is so unprofessional for a business.

My sister thought she sent a peace lily for our anniversary. The plant consisted of a bromeliad with the leaves cut, a orchid already loosing it’s flowers, 2 sticks and 6 tropical leaved plant. I’m sorry she spent money on this. I’ve read other reviews and although I realize there’s a pandemic going on this wasn’t worth the time putting together. Sorry for you guys!

When you order dont count on the flowers you orded and dont trust when you get the email that they were deliverd! Worst customer service ive delt with in a long time! I will never order again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a lovely It's a Girl arrangement to be delivered to the hospital. The picture featured pink star gazer lilies and some gerber daisies and a rose or two with some filler flowers. What my friend received was three white carnations shoved in a vase with some greens and a filler. It wasn't even pink. I am embarrassed. They should be ashamed.

I had a last minute request for a very special visit and I needed the flowers to arrive before I did and not only did they arrive before me but they were BEAUTIFUL, reasonable and simply PERFECT! And they lived for almost 2 weeks. Highly recommend!!
