Schedule service and recall appointment with pickup and drop off. 2 hours late for pickup. Was called truck ready will drop off next day around 10:30am. 11amRolls around and nothing. Took a good hour to get someone on the phone. No paper trail of the drop off. Told them we'd just pick up please have everything ready as I'm leaving work to do this. Arrived and nothing was ready, couldn't find paper work. Not to mention the annoying calls trying to sell us a new truck. Stay clear of these clowns. Won't be doing anymore business with them.

The salesman was awesome, very polite and by the book. Careful when selecting a vehicle here because the finance managers are looking to screw you. I wanted to give them the gift of my business but they didn't seem to care. Wanted to go way over kbb value for their vehicle and way under for mine. If I travel all the way there from where I'm at to your doorstep you could at least work the numbers for me... they had a very airy attitude of this is IT, take it or leave it kinda thing and I guess that's fine. Wait until they're desperate to make a sale or they need to make a quota or else look elsewhere, I'd recommend Orlando for a better deal and more selection.

Bill, our salesman, was amazing! He listened very well to what I was looking for, after hours of looking I couldn't find anything I liked. Luckily a day later a car came in that fit what I wanted and he called me immediately to let me know and was super helpful and personable through the entire process. I would give him 5 stars if this review was solely for him. On the other hand, my first experience with the service department wasn't the best. When I brought the car home it was leaking coolant but they towed the car and fixed everything the next day. I then had to bring the car back in the day after due to a weird noise when the car was turning off which was very loud and noticeable which I thought it would be something they'd be able to notice as well. It turned out to be the alternator and they took care of that and replaced it for me. During the process, the communication wasn't the best while trying to get ahold of them, and I wasn't notified when the car was ready, I had to call quite a few times with no answer from service, until I actually texted Stuart (service advisor) who replied fairly quickly! While being at service, they were all very nice and answered any question that I had and were helpful. I know things happen and I am grateful they fixed the issues. It was just a stressful first week with the car. Over all I have recommended Bill and sunrise ford to many friends already and love stopping in there to say hi!

Less than 1 star needed. Car bought from out of state. No temp tag came with car. Dealership requested down payment before any paperwork was signed. Had to request proof of sale from dealership. 30 days out from purchase, still no tag. Dealership says "FedEx, doesn't ship to my location." FedEx has delivered many packages to my doorstep. Airfilter box was full of dog food. Car has smoking damage and smells like 32 year old smoke damage. Dealership did not disclose.Temp tag that had to be requested and was "overnighted" arrived a week later.Temp tag is expired and I had to request a second one. Dealership reports I will receive a tag in 60 days. If that is the case then logic states I will need a second temp tag. So I have a car I can't drive legally and I get calls and e-mails daily from Rebecca asking if I would like an extended warranty on my "as-is" car. Had to pay $799.00 for LoJack that is "non removable" but I could not use it to assess location because it requires activation from dealership and that of course did not happen. The need to check location on a car I just bought? Yes because dealership never notified or alerted me that car was in route. Luckily I called and requested info from dealership and they provided me with a number for the transport company AN HOUR BEFORE IT ARRIVED AT DESTINATION.Thankfully the Romanian transport driver answered my call and said yea I will be there in an hour. So I could leave work early to meet him 3 miles from my house because he had the wrong address. HORRIBLE experiencePlease do not keep this dealership in business.

Highly don't recommend, the sales people treat you very poorly, the service department never calls you back, and the repairs done to the vehicle are always completed sloppy

I was there trying to get into a new vehicle and was approached by a salesman when he offered to show me a car I wasn't reluctant but skeptical. So I offered to go along with the credit check to see it I could only get approved. After 30minutes he told me no one approved me. The next day he called me claiming he found someone and that I could be approved. So I go in a few weeks later and he sells me a car but not at the msrp that was promised. It was a priced double the amount. I only found this out after I signed the paperwork. Which the salesman didn't even let me look over.

I brought my truck in for diagnostic because my check engine light was on. My appointment was at 0830 and waited for almost six hours at the dealership to get answer. I will not be coming back to this dealership for service.

Somehow they were able to have my previous review removed. I've been steering potential buyers away from this place for almost 3 years now due to the horrible practices at this dealer. Paid $80,000 for a vehicle here and it was delivered with damage found within 12 hours of buying. The dealership is old and dimly lit as to prevent you from inspecting cars. They were quick to blame me for the damage which was impossible to happen except for on their lift, considering the location.Short version is - no matter what these guys say - even the owner of this glorified used car lot is only interested in the part of business that involves taking your money. They will not stand behind their products.

Line x was completed there. The gentleman was amazing when it can to doing the quote right down to the job. He even helped with finding out about the service work being done as well. Don't get rid of him he works really hard with the best customer service at Ford. Thank you again S. Rayside

The sales staff is a joke. Lie and play the haggle game until you just walk away. If you do not, you deserve what you get. But, before you buy a ford pickup, better do your reviews. The back and forth with the sales staff and reading reviews sent me in a different direction.

So I recently purchased a 2022 grabber blue mustang gt premium from this dealership about 5-6 months ago for approximately $60,000. I've had to bring the car to the dealership for service 5 different times now and I currently live an hour away and work a 9am - 5 pm job. The car just hit 5k miles and I've had 2 transmission leaks which caused horrible jerking when downshifting and accelerating, horrible alignment issues that they said they resolved yet definitely did not, a cluster of wires under my steering wheel in which the service mechanics lost my cover for the specific area, a broken rear license plate light that they said they fixed, and bald tires at 5k miles due to the alignment issues that they said they fixed yet did not. Currently am waiting to see if fort will cover brand new tires through warranty, yet it's a damn brand new car and should have no issues. Not to mention I'm paying $820 a month for this piece of s*** car that they can't seem to fix. I've had to take 5 days of work off, pay for towing service because it's just out of range, gas when the car was running right but still had issues, and potentially pay for new tires. Honestly calling ford tomorrow to file a claim against the dealership and car itself, to finally get back the compensation and the proper service done on the car so I have no issues. If they can fix my issues free of charge and give me new tires free of charge under the new vehicle warranty which states any new vehicle under 12k miles or under its 1st year are covered under warranty 100%, then I will keep the car, however if nothing goes the proper way, I'm getting an attorney and lemon lawing my vehicle. It's just too much stress and disappointment at this point in ford the company, ford's service and ford's vehicles. Not to mention my dad has the same car, different color but 4900 miles on it, 80% tread left on the tires and he had some dents / scratches removed free of charge through the dealership because it was a brand new car that no owner should pay for on a brand new 2022 $60,000 mustang. Ford please get your service and franchise companies running right. Thank you

Had to have my 2007 Mustang GT towed into the dealer for a "no crank, no start" condition. They had the car for a month and a half and finally told me that my engine wiring harness was bad and that it was a discontinued part and no longer available(essentially telling me that they couldn't fix it). They tried to bill me $1400 but I refuted that. They said they would discount it down to $700+tax but that's as far as they would go. Unfortunately, they had my car AND both sets of keys AND it still didn't run so I paid the bill and received my keys. I then had to have the car towed to a different shop. The other shop had it for 2 weeks and had it fixed(had to wait a week for a new electronic module). It was an expensive fix but considerably less than buying another car. I took the bill back to Sunrise to get my money back from them for a bogus diagnosis and for my tow bill AND for the ultimate repair of the vehicle and the Service Manager stated that he would have to contact "Corporate"(as they all say) to see what they could do. He said it would take 2-3 days for me to get a reply. It's been 2-2 1/2 WEEKS and still no reply. Called and left message. We will see how long it takes to get a return call and to get this resolved. I'm willing to take it all the way up the chain. Sunrise Ford used to be a reputable company but it was sold and is now under new management. I wonder if the new owners know how terrible the customer service is there now. Hopefully they can turn it around and get back to their roots. Stay tuned.....

The employee culture at this place stinks of indifference. No one I spoke to in person or on the phone here seemed to care about doing their job to any level above the bare minimum. There were two exceptions to this. The service department cashier was friendly and communicative. My Service writer(who I won’t publicly name) was the other exception. My experience with him started our poorly and ended up a lot worse. When I dropped my truck off you could feel his lack of enthusiasm towards being there and lack of desire to provide service. When I picked my truck up he was belligerent and rude. If you have the option of going elsewhere, take it.
