This dealership took me for a literal ride. I’ll start by saying I own a local business and spent over $50K on a rental truck through their sister company about 6 months before buying a vehicle for my wife there. I did not disclose this until I felt I had to. I’m always open to giving any local company a shot.
I walked in with strong credit, a reasonable trade, and cash if needed. Finding the vehicle we wanted was quick and easy. The salesperson was new so they had them on a very tight leash with essentially no ability to negotiate or do anything other than let me test drive the vehicle. I did not haggle at all on their asking price. The only issue was my trade in value which of course can be an issue anywhere. So I truly don’t mind that we had to go around a bit on that. I expected it.
What didn’t expect was to be lied to. Especially after explaining the massive (to me) amount of money I had spent renting from them. But I was wrong. The lies were flowing. After walking in to the dealership around 5 PM I ended up leaving at 10:00 PM with the new car because “they only had 1 finance guy that day”. That was a a little weird but hey, we got the car so it was I guess worth the wait. We did not sign the “Ford paperwork” for financing because the “system would not work”. So that was to be done the next day.
Lo and behold, 2 days later I’m sent an email and text to “hurry up and sign the forms that are in my inbox”. So before I did that, I just went to my text thread where I sent all the details to my wife to make sure I could cross reference. Good thing I did. After signing for a number the night before THEY CHANGED THE MONTHLY PAYMENT! See pictures of the texts. Good thing he “talked to his boss” and got it fixed because I was ready to return the car. Lying is just something I can’t accept. Why do this to anyone? I don’t care who you are. This is deceptive behavior and all should be aware that this dealership does this.
Next issue was the payoff of my car that we traded in. For over a month we were harassed by our old bank about the payoff which Sunrise refused to do for some reason. Everything was resolved. No clue why this was happening and I filled up numerous times.
Tax title and registration- Another normal charge. “You’re getting a new plate”. Come to find out after a month and the temp tag expiring I was to use my old plate! They gave me a sticker for 1 month! Unbelievable cherry on top.
These are my experiences. I won’t be back.

Customer service was incredible. Service was efficient and effective. They squeezed me in same day, received my vehicle immediately, and I was in and out in about an hour. I would give 10 stars if I could. I appreciate the hard work and professionalism. This type of service is rare to find these days. Keep up the good work!

I would give them a zero if I could as well, I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, organize a ride from a coworker in order to drop the work truck off, and come to find out after having it for 6 hours they hadn't even looked at it, while I was assured I would get it back the same day, I will never come back here and I will make sure none of our other fleet trucks come here either, what a waste of time!!!

This man was so on point with what I was looking for and the fast service time. 100 percent. The service and sale team nail it. To be honest, if RAM would have given me this attention. I wouldn’t have dodge them and been at Ford. Thank you to all that assist me in acquiring my new work Truck!!!!

In the market for a 2 year old F 250 Super Duty to pull an RV. Called and talk to the salesmen who p/u the phone. Was told the truck was in the front lot all ready to go several times. Made the 5 hour round trip drive to find a vehicle in less than "ready to go condition". Cracked bed liner, filthy interior, floor matts wet in a pile in the truck bed. Based on those minor red flags, had no faith that this Ford Dealer did any of the usual multipoint inspection. Never in all my years have I seen a dealer try and sell something in such poor condition. The sales manager called it a "work truck". Maybe during the low interest rate environment with cars flying off the lot they could get away with it, but not anymore. Drove the next morning to a Ford dealer in Jacksonville, made the deal.
