After asking for a full refund, I had to ask Ryan two times to not put a razor blade me near my vehicle, and to move away from my vehicle with the razor blade. He then kicked a box, and the other guy who was working there, started cursing and yelling at me later, when I was leaving, an older woman cursed at me after Ryan had already apologized for the other guy and for kicking the box and getting rowdy. I paid $2500 to have Lllumar paint protection, clear vinyl put on my vehicle and they used a razor blade to cut it in place on my vehicle they gave me a $1500 refund saying I need to pay for labor. I do not recommend this company. They tried to make me pay $1400 in materials until I called the manufacturing company and 100 feet of the material cost 3000 so he lied about that pricing and then he lied about not using a razor blade when you can clearly see a razor blade marks all over my vehicle. I got this to protect my car not so someone can use a razor blade to my vehicle and lie about not think these people are sober or reliable.Update:Debra, who installed it, if it was not Ryan? I will be happy to take the materials off, as I stated to the Installer when I returned the next morning. I already started taking pieces off yesterday, so I can eventually get the paint fixed. If you are willing to pay to fix the paint/ scratches that would be great. I hope they do not just use paint thinner. The paint shop guy, who works nearby, when I returned to the shop, with my vehicle, started rubbing paint thinner on my SUV without my permission and I had to ask him to stop.The little envelope cutters (aka rolled mattress plastic removers- that don't damage the mattress) would be better to use than a razor blade, as the car wouldn't ever be in contact with the blade.The way multiple people at the shop were directing anger at me, truly did not make me feel safe. I am happy to take the car to the paint shop or contact them directly.

Excellent quality. Had a truck for 10+ years tinted here and never had issues with bubbles or it coming undone. First day I took delivery of my new Tesla, made sure to schedule an appointment same day living in Florida.

tinted my boat. they left alot of bubbles and dust in the film. they tried to blame it on the boat being dusty but if you see that is a problem why continue and not say anything. when i went to rebook them they said they couldnt do it in time to meet my timetable to get the boat back to fort lauderdale. i do not recommend this company. they clearly saw that the work they were doing was not up to par and did not say anything and waited for me to complain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

2/18/23 I have had to come back to this place several times within less than 6 months..Window tint peeling up from the cracks of window seal and all they say is on this type of car the window seals are tight..today two of my windows were retinted..I felt like the job was very rushed.I could tell it was a sloppy job. While sitting in the inside of car I noticed 1bubble and a long swiggly bubble..I guess they thought I wouldn't see it Upon washing car there were over 100 bubbles you could see from the outside of the car window reflection. (And this is not an exaggeration)Also about 20 bubbles on back window noted .Ive neveeeer seen such a horrible job done. You can't go around taking money and doing unqualified work..Ive never had an issue here but, after coming back 4 times I told them I wasn't coming back...They are nice people don't get me wrong.I feel that some of the workers simply aren't qualified enough So what it's a family business.If family is insufficient they don't need to be faking it on people's cars..I wish I could up load these pictures for the public to see this.. I honestly dont have time or energy to make companies look bad / or to make this up.Companies can do that themselves.I should have had a refund because it's beyond ridiculous now.. I have to find a qualified company to tint both windows again...smh at this...When I called them today I heard the lady yell to the ones in the back she's upset and isn't coming back..I'm not upset..I'm actually dissatisfied with the quality of work that this company provides! You may zoom in under the pics noted latest and you can see the pic for yourselves along with the public..ty!
