My grandpa paid them 3 months in advance and they put it in the wrong account. They are saying they can’t do anything about it . I would never go back here.

Great facility. Wanted to get a larger unit here and Chris was extremely helpful. He took me to see the available units and made the process easy. The location is great and accessible to me. I would highly recommend!!

Ana & Chris did a great job getting me a space. Then they Raised my Rent by 50% the next month from $99 to $160. Ana Also charged me an additional $80 with out Authorization because she had to rent a jack to move a trailer that was parked behind me that couldn't get out. That's why its called storage you store stuff. I was out of town my vehicle was parked within my yellow lines that trailer was not my problem. Good luck trying to get them on phone I kept leaving messages to find out why they charged me $200 she would never call back when she did she was rude and hung up on me when I asked for a corporate phone number. I had to search Google and found the property owners and they supposedly relayed what that crazy lady did to the District manager but nobody ever contacted me. I recently had to fly down there and got my RV out of that facility. My RV was actually full of Roaches Termites and lizard poop this place is infested. DON'T STORE ANYTHING HERE. go to public storage or anywhere else that lady is a freak and storage kings does not have a customer service you can call to resolve things. They have a bot that just sends messages to the store. I'm leaving my 5 stars so that my review stays on top but this place is a negative 20 stars. Absolute worst.

Ana is an amazing person, she takes time to show you around the units so you can be sure that you are renting the right size, she answer all your questions and concerns.
The prices are very good.
I really recommend this storage place

Chris was very helpful. We had trouble renting on the web but Chris handled it for us. We viewed our unit. It was very clean and easy to get to. We waited 2 days for a call from Anna the property manager and still have not received a call. No help at all. I give Chris 5 stars and Anna 0 stars.

Great prices compared to others. I ended up getting a 10X15 unit because I wasn’t sure if. 10X10 Would be adequate space. Did everything online and came a few days later an met with Ana to verify my identity. Pleasant experience, Anna assisted me with picking out a lock for my unit and showed me where it was located and how to gain access. 10/10 would recommend if you need something fast and affordable. I forgot to mention they have a few specials I opted for the 1st month free.
