Incredibly caring people who are overworked and under-supplied. But still smile at everyone and do what they can with what they have to work with. They could use more donations to make their work even more effective.

I literally just got off the phone with these people. They are completely RUDE! The first person I spoke with was a few days ago, a woman, WOULD NOT even let me finish explaining my situation. Says I'll just have someone else call you back. Well today he calls back. I'm talking to him and giving him my basic information. He asks for my social security number and I ask why he needs it because I'm uncomfortable with just handing out my social security number to strangers. All I said was,"I'd rather talk to you in person". He repeatedly says "Well then we can't help you. This is how we do things here. We can't help you". These people are supposed to be able to help you! Rude, unprofessional employees like this is why people end up struggling and out on the streets! I am FURIOUS!

They are great, loving, sympathetic Godly people. They helped me when no one else would. They even called me to see how I was doing. They went above & beyond to make sure I was ok for Thanksgiving 2016. God bless them for helping me and for what they do. They are all Volunteers, they didn't have to do what they did for me. God bless them. Thank you to everyone. Annie
