Little aquarium place, but very cool to look at and lots of information to learn; and it's cheap to go in.Alan is a great employee. Showed us the touch tank and shared lots of information of the creatures in the tank. The cool part was putting your finger in the peppermint shrimp. They really do tickle!Must go see for yourself. Small place, but so much to learn and look!

Small, inexpensive aquarium :)With children it's perfect! We spent 45 minutes observing the fish and there was also a pool to touch a starfish and other small marine animals. The people who work there are very nice and walk around explaining lots of interesting things to us.

This was a random stop on our Florida locals tour, and such a fun surprise! Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff answered lots of questions and enriching information about local marine life. You can get up close and personal with the creatures in the aquarium and ride pools. WELL-WORTH a 30-45 minute visit on your drive along highway A1A!!

Delightful little aquarium with unique attractions. We saw baby seahorses at different ages. And beautiful coral with colorful fish. A sweet little gift store with reasonably priced items. The admission price was well worth it and you could also tag on the museum. Pack a lunch and make a day, with the park right there with a beach and a playground.

So cute and quaint it's the perfect location for teaching, seeing, and hands on learning about some of the incredible wildlife that is among us, it's so cool how diverse and beautiful this planet is. So much to see and explore. Totally recommend for the family and especially for little ones. It was the perfect thing to visit for us during a rainy ? day.

We happened to show up at the aquarium when they were feeding the fish. A worker offered to give us the feeding tour and it made the visit so fun. She was so knowledgeable about all of the fish and coral and explained it in a way that was enjoyable. After the aquarium, we visited the history museum and enjoyed that as well. I would definitely recommend visiting.

Katrina was so informative! today was really rainy and we decided to do something indoors so we decided to go to the aquarium. We happened to get there in time for the afternoon feeding and Katrina was fantastic. We even signed up for the night time aquarium in February and we're so excited! When you buy you tickets make sure you add on the st. Lucie historical society.... Very cool the fort Pierce history.

Beautiful experience! Small aquarium with only local species, with lots of scientific and interesting information. The ticket costs less than $5 but when we went it was free entry. We left a donation because it was clear that it is for informational and non-profit purposes. Absolutely recommended with children. Very kind staff who explained to us at each station

Aquarium The St. Lucie country aquarium is a tiny little place located in Fort Pierce on the water and should be part of any kiddie day out. The location is very small- there are no large tanks of ocean fish here, so with that being said, the place is very well done at a level that the littles can enjoy. Admission is extremely affordable and the tanks of things that are available are well presented and afford a teachable moment. There is a nice "touch tank" off to one corner of the building that was expertly manned the day we were there and the tank contained a small selection of pretty cool sea creatures that you would not normally come across; for example, sea cucumbers. As you walk around the building, they also have tanks with little petrie dishes sitting next to them with microscopes on them - which are then displayed on a screen so you can get a glimpse of sea life that is microscopic - I found those to be extremely cool. The people working there are very passionate and knowledgeable about what is in the tanks. Too bad it is so small - I'd love to see it maybe double in size. Outside you can walk over to a little playground and there is also a beach across the parking lot - you can make it a day out if you also hit the beach. Give it a whirl. Parking lot in front and across by the beach (across the boat ramp)

A nice aquarium, right by the beach. A touch tank including a sea hair (my favorite) a starfish, a horseshoe crab, multiple sea cucumbers, and sea urchins. A 14 tank facility with a large amount of fish. Including deep sea animals and turtles.
