“My husband and I have rented the storage unit for about a year and a half and every now and then we come in and take things out or put them in. Every time everything went quickly, there is good service, the place is climate-controlled and the place is always clean. Every request we made was handled immediately by the manager Tim was he always greeted us with a smile and was very, very friendly. I highly recommend the place and want to thank Tim for everything.

Gentleman was overly professional but polite and personable. They both were helpful and offered assistance with needs and were very patient even though I had an issue with my card at first.
