I walked in with an extremely large check and was greeted with racism. I was told my check was verified, they verified it was issued, but couldn't be cashed unless it was verbally verified. Makes no sense. The check was written on their bank, funds were available but I'm still holding the check in my hand.

I must write this review, I am not one who writes many reviews. The customer service we as a business and personally have recieved from Asst. Branch manager Michelle Cavil has and is way above and beyond what you could expect. We are very fortunate to have Michelle and seacoast in our corner. Please if you need honest, hard working people to help in your banking needs then you have to see Michelle at Seacoast Fort Pierce.

I asked a simple question about a service offered by the bank. I guess the head lady in charge made some smart remarks and keep on trash talking after I proceeded to leave. If you don’t like your job simply change job. I wanted to pull my business account right away. I just have so much tied in right now but eventually I am gone. I receive better service with my other banks.

This is my bank. The staff here is phenomenal!! I've had many diff issues thru the years and they have bent over policy 4 me during times of need and distress. They have a more humane approach 2 their client's individual situations. "U can obtain 80% of wut u want n life ..u never get 100%.". So this may b the best bank n Florida

I am not the type to do reviews-it is just not my thing. For the Seacoast Bank Fort Pierce branch I am making an exception. Michelle Cavil, part of the Ft. Pierce Management Team, is awesome. Michelle provides outstanding service. She makes me feel like family. I have multiple accounts with Seacoast and she takes excellent care of me very quickly. Hats off!

Wow!!! This used to be a great local bank. I had the non-pleasure of dealing with them the last couple of days. I had to make a deposit for a client that is buying their first home. When I asked the teller how long it would take to clear, she rudely said 3 to 4 days. She then told me that I needed to get a cashiers check for immediate funds. I proceeded to Chase Bank down the street with my client to get a cashiers check. I then went back and deposited the check and asked if this would clear immediately to a different teller. She said it "depends" right in front of the original teller. My lender has left messages to this branch for confirmation and is not getting return calls. I hope my clients don't lose their home in this crazy market because of the lack of caring from this bank.

I got the privilege of working with Casey. Something I always appreciate is working with someone who is not only diligent to help handle things with a sense of urgency but also knowledgeable and well versed in their career. She was incredibly helpful in helping us set up a Heloc for our new home. She helped not only answer all my questions but continuously gave me more education and knowledge on what moves we decided to make. Helped with suggestions on how and what we should do in order to get the most benefit from our Heloc. She also helped set us up with a new premium account. I can stand behind a company who values their employees and helps keep them knowledgeable, friendly and geared towards providing the best customer service they can. I hate to see some of the negative comments mentioned here. Sometimes people may have one bad experience and don't take into consideration what others may be going through. A smile, along with a little patience is sometimes all you need. Trevor- 6/9/2021.

Every time, literally never fails this drive-thru is ridiculous. What’s more ridiculous is whoever designed it, cars are continuously pulling in on the far right for a teller so that NO CAR can drive to the atm. They move S L O W!!!!
