I originally came in looking for storage for 6 to 12 months. I ended up renting three 20‘ x 10‘ units. Mike the on-site manager was fantastic and extremely helpful and courteous setting everything up. Six weeks into my rental agreement I received an email from the corporate offices that my rent was going up. The rental increase was 38%. That’s almost a 40% increase. Although Mike was extremely helpful and very courteous, his hands were tied as this was a decision from the corporate office. I can understand a 5% or 10% increase but this was highway robbery. The owner isn’t even a local. They are based out of New York. This kind of greedy business we don’t need on the Treasure Coast. For anybody that is going to be renting a unit, BEWARE!!! They get you in at a competitive price and then screw you once you’ve moved in. BEWARE!!!

Just want to say how happy we are to have found Storage King and Mike. The facility is clean and well maintained but the icing on the cake is Mike. Always friendly, courteous and helpful (ex. let us use a couple of hand tools). Good customer service is hard to find these days, but Mike is above and beyond.

Greatest place I've ever had for a storage unit. The property manager, Mike, is extremely polite and very friendly. He takes care of the facility and is always there to make sure his customers are well taken care of and that they're happy. Also, he's always fixing any issues with the facility...even if it's just to upgrade it to something better than before. I was a bit taken back by how the road layout is in the facility but then realized how convenient it was for drainage purposes and also for loading and unloading your unit. The units are all climate controlled and very well maintained. There are many outside units available that are very easily accessible but the units inside are just as easy to access.
If you're looking for a high quality storage facility that's extremely fair priced (inexpensive) and also has great customer service, then Storage King USA on US1 in Ft Pierce is the only place I would EVER recommend to any of my family and friends.
Don't take my word for it. Try it yourself for a month. I think I got the first month free and was still amazed at the price for a 10 ft x 15 ft unit!
You won't find better. Guaranteed!

had issues with first unit & Mike helped administrate a better storing option for me so I was closer to an Exit door.
Site is well maintained and inviting. Would recommend to all in need of storage.

Storage King is a clean and secure facility conveniently located on US-1 in Fort Pierce. I had a seamless experience when renting the unit online. And Mike was very helpful during my rental period. I would recommend Storage King to anyone wanting an easy storage rental process.

Due to the sale and then purchase of two homes 16 hours apart (Snow Birding Again LOL) I needed to rent several storage buildings and found Storage King USA at 2448 N. US Hwy 1, Ft Pierce, FL where I ended up renting 4 units from 10' X 20' down to a 5' X 10' to store boxes and furniture that will be shipped to Kentucky in a few months. Without a doubt, this is the nicest cleanest storage facility that I have ever seen, but what really makes it truly unique, is the Property Manager, Mike O'Kelley. I had no idea how many units I was going to need and rented one 10' X 20" air conditioned (very important for wood furniture and other items), then I needed another and another, and Mike was there to help, as he did on the now 4 units. While Mike works for and represents Storage King USA extremely well, as he should, he also made me feel like he was concerned and there to truly help me, not by just renting me another unit, but by finding units that would fit my needs. So if you need storage, I highly recommend this Storage King USA and also highly recommend the excellent and friendly Property Manager, Mike O'Kelley.

My experience here as a new customer was excellent. I received a very friendly phone call shortly after signing up online. When I showed up in person the process was very simple and easy. The person helping was very friendly and professional. It was much more than what my expectations were for a storage facility. Great job.
