Negative 5 stars. I just sailed 500 miles and walked half an hour to get here and the cashier stopped me and insisted I leave my backpack at the door. I said "no thanks, I'll shop somewhere that doesn't treat their customers like theives at the door. Your cashier can't trust me wearing a backpack but you expect me to trust them with the contents of my backpack. Cashier got mouthy with me as I left so I said "go flock yourself " and walked another 3 miles for groceries. Terrible policy. Racist cashier allows black people in with backpack as I walked out. I guess I'm too white to be given any respect.

Store is pretty well stocked. Most of the time the food is good as well as the prices
However, the employees and management aren't on the same page. Three times I used my phone app for United healthcare to pay for my items. The fourth time there was a different employee and they said it was not allowed. ?
Fast forward to today. I ask to use the restroom. I'm told by the cashier she or he (couldn't tell) doesn't have the key, to locate another employee for the key. I look and found someone. She tells me there is No bathroom. 😳 Unreal?!

This Save A Lot store has really gone down hill in the last year. It is poorly managed, the employees are rude to customers, and the food is difficult to find. I will not be shopping at this store any longer.

I love Save A Lot because it’s a couple of miles away and my go to for groceries that are relatively cheap and good quality.

A company with reasonable prices and within reach of all types of budgets, basic products for the daily pantry, fruits, vegetables, cold meats, a variety of drinks and many more products
