The condescending and straight up rude office woman and the unethical monetary practices of this "low cost" clinic are two excellent reasons to take your business elsewhere. Beware. First few times, I thought eh, it happens, fees change and I could have missed something when adding up what to expect. Then they held a dog hostage for more money after a prepaid spay. I started digging and find out they've recently had trouble keeping providers on, and several customer complaints of overcharging and that nasty woman that runs the front. Worst part is she treats you stupid but can't answer basic questions, shouldn't be condescending if you're not able to back it up with intelligence. Shouldn't be at all in a public customer support situation. Not low cost, hidden cost is more accurate, go elsewhere.

My baby got spayed and had surgery for a hernia she had and she also got chipped..thank you resue adoption inc.she is doing great and has healed well.

I’ve been here a couple times and I got my dog spaded here as well I will say that they are very friendly but I have had issues with a specific worker there who constantly tries to tell me that my dog needs like all these different tests.. when I go there for one thing and I tell them that I don’t have the budget for six different test and I just want to pay for the vaccines. Sometimes she gets a little annoyed and tells me that it’s mandatory.. sometimes we just can’t afford it to do everything at one time and prefer to come back. I will say that it’s very cost-efficient when you are getting the things that you need to get for your pet . I just wish they would let you decide whether you wanted to get a treatment on that day or maybe come back in a couple days not just bombard you and tell you that you have to.

This place is hands down one of the most affordable places in central Florida to bring your pet for vaccines and get heart worm preventatives. Note when you go to pay various tip options pop up, this is optional but if you select one you can end up paying up to an extra $35 non refundable. Also they do not answer their phone because they are busy with other surgeries and giving vaccines so just to update you they do not do spaying/neutering's anymore but if you go in person they can give you a list of people in the area who do it affordably even for big dogs.

They are great, really good people still doing honest work. I just wished they would turn on their phone though for post op questions after surgery (the phone is on automated message even on the day the clinic is supposed to be open), but furthermore these guys are amazing.

Took my dog to get his yearly vaccines and this clinic was great!!! Friendly and professional staff. They kept me in the loop the entire process. Not much wait compared to other vet hospitals/clinics. The prices were absolutely great compared to most clinics and vet hospitals. I Truly was impressed and amazed by this place. Definitely will continue to bring my dog here. I will continue to help donate financially everyone I will take my dog here to help this clinic stay open!! They are the best!! I recommend this location to all dog and cat lovers out there!!!!

Great place to go to, specially if you are neutering your dog. Way less than at your regular vet. The people there are very kind and professional. Had to go back today, since my dog didn't follow the instructions and was able to take out the cone and lick his private parts (a no, no). They took us in and checked him over and prescribed new medication for the little guy. They are not a full clinic, but I don't think your vet will be able to beat their prices.Also, if you can, DONATE to them. It's a great organization.

They are a VACCINE ONLY CLINIC. They are not accurate on their voicemail of the services they provide. They say they do soft tissue removal however, when I asked about my dogs soft tissue growth they said they are a vaccination only clinic. That is fine but they need to be truthful with the services they provide so people do not waste their time. They also had no idea how I could describe it to an actual vet to get it taken care of. NOT TRUTHFUL OR KNOWLEDGEABLE

Very affordable for shots and wellness. It's a shame how expensive it can be to take proper care of your pets. I'm very thankful I found this place. I brought my dog and cats here several times. Always friendly and I'm always satisfied.
