I had Reel plumbing come out this week due to a leak that occurred over the weekend under my kitchen sink that spread to my kitchen floor. I was very impressed with them for several reasons:
1) we called them Monday and they were out within a few hrs that morning. We were “delighted” about that as we couldn’t use the kitchen faucet for anything. The lead plumber , (I believe his name was ?Kevin) not only showed up on time, but was courteous, polite, and sharp in his knowledge. My husband had determined it was due to a leak in the faucet hose under our kitchen sink and had gone to Lowe’s to get a new faucet with a power sprayer. They confirmed his diagnosis to be correct upon evaluation, replaced the faucet for us and tied the hose up so the “ball” wouldn’t leak again from being banged into as it hung too low. Love our new faucet.
We also had them check my bathroom faucet. It has never had a lot of pressure flow since the house was built in 2016 and I had a hard time getting hot water out of it. Well he increased the pressure and what a difference it made - and now I get hot water faster & have a lot more pressure. I love it. They were organized, quick, fast, sharp, And knowledgeable so I felt they deserved 5 stars!! Oh and I forgot to mention, since we live on Hutchinson Island, other companies we called in Vero Beach, were going to charge us extra for travel time. We didn’t get charged extra and the cost was very fair and reasonable. We would highly recommend them.
