The store in general is nice but the staff really needs to be more cautious when removing their safety devices from the clothing, there was an older lady at the register this evening 11/24/23 she left the security pin to the detector on my clothes and it went straight into my foot thank goodness it happened to me and not my child. STAFF PLEASE BE MORE CAUTIOUS SO THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!

i’m a regular shopper, and the air conditioning has been broken for the longest. i just left here today & it’s ridiculous to still have customers shop in the condition. even the employees are sweating. someone could have a heat stroke in here. the store should be shut down until the a/c is back up and they fix the smell of mold due to wet carpet(its worst now that theres no air circulating). it’s irresponsible of a big company to not do something for so long.

I visit there briefly the other day. It was a nice store but I noticed that it was extremely hot in there and there was no type of air circulation or ac. It made me feel bad for the workers in there. It also seemed to smell like the carpet was wet so it left a stinch of something molding

It crazy hot outside and even hotter if feels in store. And not only uncomfortable for shoppers but with a pregnant worker?!! That terrible way to treat folks who visit the store

The worst Rainbow store ever!! starting with the cashier system, the cashier is from 1980, to make a return in this location you have to fill out an application as if you can be employed in the store, to the owners of this franchise They should be fined, the store stinks of carpet thousands of years old. The poor employees do everything possible to make the company look good, but the problem is the owners who do not invest. UPDATED YOUR SYSTEM RAINBOW!! With this system you can't not pay with a mayor apps available. No Klarna, no Gpay, no Apple pay?

Went Christmas shopping here for the family. There’s a large selection of clothes for good price. Staff is very patient and helpful. Will be returning.

Clean, low prices, great customer service, tried their return policy with no issues- was greeted when i entered and when i left , would recommend to others - clothes for women mostly and children

Beautiful clothing, but it's really crowded here and gives me claustrophobic vibes. Other then that the prices are reasonable for the product quality. No cap, visit the mall in Jensen they have more options.

Words can't even describe how upset I am about my visit to the rainbow store in Fort Pierce Florida at the sable palm plaza. I went to get some new clothes for Easter. When I got them they offered the Klarna app. It's where you can make 4 payments. I use after pay so I love budget friendly help. I asked cashier to help Me with my purchase. She didn't understand how to do it right. She asked other cashier and she didn't either. I got charged full amount no payments no Klarna. I've made 2 calls to store manager and one call to cooperate and no help. They are a money hungry company and false advertise for Klarna and are not trained to take it. For ppl like me who are on a budget it would have helped. I adopted my grandsonso budget is what I need. I was hoping to pay another bill since I was gonna get payments . Since rainbow did what they did I cannot now since they took the full payment thanks a lot . And it must not mean much to the storm manager when I told her they would not get my business again get my business again. Money hungry like I said.
