I've already had my car fixed 7 times and it still doesn't look good, they keep the price for months and don't do anything to solve it and 2 times they want to set fire to my car with my 3 babies inside along with me and they just tell me that they are going to fix it and I don't see when until I burn myself with everything and my children inside are going to ignore me

Worst service department ever encountered. I went for new tires and to get sunroof cloth fixed as it was off the track. The first appointment was rescheduled because the person who would service the sunroof is not there on Thursdays, so the lady called and asked about it being rescheduled to Monday, sure no problem. I called first thing on Monday to get the appointment time that was already made, and this lady informs me that we didn't have one and was marked a no show on Thursday. I mentioned to her that they called me and told me our appointment had to be rescheduled.So, there was no appointment and they rescheduled us again for later that week. Arrive for the appointment and mention to them to clarify everything that needs to be done. Get a call later in the day that the sunroof cannot be looked at that day and Stuart tells us to come the following Monday to get the sunroof done. Monday rolls around we arrive for our sunroof appointment and what a surprise, there is no appointment AGAIN. They still take our vehicle, and we get a text asking if the vehicle can be kept overnight, no problem.Tuesday rolls around and we have no communication from anyone. My husband finally texted Stuart and we are informed that they are awaiting approval from our fleet program. We take it upon ourselves to reach out to our fleet program and they tell us that they just received a request from them 20 minutes ago and approval has already been emailed over. We tell Stuart this and get no reply. Please keep in mind that they have already had our vehicle for 36 hours before they even sent a request. Had we not sent one over lord only knows when that would have been done.Now here we are Wednesday and still no reply from anyone, no one answers the phone and no reply from our service tech. I have been in the business of managing a fleet for years and have dealt with plenty of dealerships, auto body and mechanic shops and this has by far blown every experience I have encountered out of the water on an extremely negative spectrum.I highly suggest you look at your team in the service department. I was already weary of taking our vehicle to this service department and this just proved it right. I never would suggest anyone take their vehicle here. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I was there trying to get into a new vehicle and was approached by a salesman when he offered to show me a car I wasn't reluctant but skeptical. So I offered to go along with the credit check to see it I could only get approved. After 30minutes he told me no one approved me. The next day he called me claiming he found someone and that I could be approved. So I go in a few weeks later and he sells me a car but not at the msrp that was promised. It was a priced double the amount. I only found this out after I signed the paperwork. Which the salesman didn't even let me look over.

I brought my truck in for diagnostic because my check engine light was on. My appointment was at 0830 and waited for almost six hours at the dealership to get answer. I will not be coming back to this dealership for service.

Somehow they were able to have my previous review removed. I've been steering potential buyers away from this place for almost 3 years now due to the horrible practices at this dealer. Paid $80,000 for a vehicle here and it was delivered with damage found within 12 hours of buying. The dealership is old and dimly lit as to prevent you from inspecting cars. They were quick to blame me for the damage which was impossible to happen except for on their lift, considering the location.Short version is - no matter what these guys say - even the owner of this glorified used car lot is only interested in the part of business that involves taking your money. They will not stand behind their products.

I am so disappointed I don't even know how to start I get cars from other dealerships all the time and ford was my first and will definitely be my last .. experience was the worst I've ever had the discrimination of me being a female and the disrespectful I've dealt with .. it's been 4 days and I'm already looking for a different car .. they treated me like I couldn't afford the car, I was called cheap and they overpriced what i was quoted from the beginning everyone gave me a different number and none of them was a good deal .. I am so upset of how I was treated I haven't been able to sleep since nor have I drove the car .. I am ashamed for even went through with the process.. I should've look at the reviews before making such a big purchase

Line x was completed there. The gentleman was amazing when it can to doing the quote right down to the job. He even helped with finding out about the service work being done as well. Don't get rid of him he works really hard with the best customer service at Ford. Thank you again S. Rayside

The sales staff is a joke. Lie and play the haggle game until you just walk away. If you do not, you deserve what you get. But, before you buy a ford pickup, better do your reviews. The back and forth with the sales staff and reading reviews sent me in a different direction.

Worst car dealership I've ever been to. They're happy to sell you a car, but when it comes to standing behind the vehicle and servicing it they are absolutely horrible. They don't value your time. they lie right to your face tell you they're gonna do something and they don't. I don't recommend anybody buy a Ford from this dealer.

Sunrise used to be our go to dealership. Bought every vehicle from them personal and business. Carol Lancaster only good thing about dealership now. She’s a great salesperson. Always helpful beyond her duties. But since bought out can’t ever get service to answer phones, call ya back or do what they are supposed to when have your vehicle. New owners should have left things alone instead of changing everything. Scale of ten they went from a ten to a 3.

The employee culture at this place stinks of indifference. No one I spoke to in person or on the phone here seemed to care about doing their job to any level above the bare minimum. There were two exceptions to this. The service department cashier was friendly and communicative. My Service writer(who I won’t publicly name) was the other exception. My experience with him started our poorly and ended up a lot worse. When I dropped my truck off you could feel his lack of enthusiasm towards being there and lack of desire to provide service. When I picked my truck up he was belligerent and rude. If you have the option of going elsewhere, take it.

The worst customer service I've had with any car dealership. I tried to book a service online and there system was not working. So I called. After 20 minutes of being on hold the guy just hung up on me. Never ever getting my car checked there. You lost a customer sunrise.
