The place was very clean. It was not a long wait. There was many girls working there that make it much easier move fast very helpful. There was someone helping everybody at the Checking station It was a pleasant place to be very helpful very quick, very professional. This will definitely be my location.

2 hour wait with an appointment. Came in 2 days earlier as a walk in. Waited 1 hour and wouldn't take me until ALL appointments were done

I did not have an appt. but I had to go in anyway due to a last minute doctors request. I was there when the center opened and waited my turn (hoping there would be a no show). I was fortunate that Patricia M. at the center noted me waiting and she told me that she would take care of things should there be an opening. Well, there was an opening due to a no show and Patricia M called me back to do my draw. She was kind, caring and very understanding of my situation; she did not make me feel bad that I did not have an appointment either. Rest assured I have other options for my draws but because you have people like Patricia M I will continue to give Quest in Fort Pierce my business. (Also, it did not hurt at all; she is a fantastic sticker)

Absolute worse place I have ever been. They think they are so superior! They do not know how to communicate. They had computer issues, they told me I could email orders to them. After waiting for an hour their computer came back online but they still couldn't find my orders. So we tried the email, but the lady was too busy to wait for the email to come in. They suggested I go to Vero. Maybe their system was working... I get there and they are not open on Saturday's, so I go back with a printed copy, I arrive at 10:59. The same lady tells me they are closed and won't open the doors. Give me all kinds of attitude, gesturing with her hands. Looking like a fool. If you must go to quest I would go to a different location. Very unprofessional! I never raised my voice, was never rude, it's just a shame there is no one that cares anymore.
