Calling whole day atleast 7 times for Notary inquiry on 05/11, no one is picking up the call. Please disconnect the phone connection and save your money.

Greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked what services I needed handled. Was just cashing a check. Melissa was my teller and she did a wonderful job. Felt secure because she asked for my identification and verified my account # etc. she was very professional and friendly. The kind of people you like to deal with on a daily basis . there were plenty of parking spots available as well.

The customer service at this branch is nonexistent - to the point of wanting to j*** all my accounts from the bank. Almost every employee has a chip on their shoulder. If there were a bank closer to me I would.

John was an incredible help with the issues I had with online access. He immediately knew what needed resetting on the bank’s end and what I needed to do on mine. He offered a workspace and iPad to ensure that the problems were completely resolved before I left the branch. The bank was fairly busy, but the employees were personable and professional with every customer. It is wonderful to know you can walk in, be warmly welcomed, and promptly helped at this PNC location.

If I could give zero stars I would. The only reason I gave a star is to post a review. From the moment I walked in the teller Courtney was very rude. I don’t have an account with PNC but I was cashing a check. She asked me if I had a bank account with them I said no, then she stated well I need two forms of ID I gave her my drivers license and debit card. She went on to ask me why didn’t I just deposit it into my own bank account instead of coming there to cash it. She called verified the check wrote her name on the check with no stops no holds. She preceded to tell me they only my had twenties. I said that’s fine, as she was putting my driver’s license information in she bent my driver’s license which caused it to break and half and stated she can’t accept it. I feel like she was very prejudice and didn’t want to cash my check from the start. I’m a nurse and I would never recommend any of my family or coworkers to bank with this PNC bank. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. She made me feel as though I was beneath her.

Sad that these are reason that make me want to go look for another bank to work with. They seem to have the most unprofessional people working behind the counters. (Daniel) I will make sure to tell my friends and family that Goes to the Orange Blossom Mall branch to stop and bring their business to the branch on Virginia Avenue and US one where Vivienne and her team will make you feel like family.

I have had a subpar experience working with the inside staff at this bank. Virinia or however you spell her name, acted contrary to the bankers on the phone and as a result I have ended up in the negative on a transaction because of her neglagince. There should be fedelity between your corperate and your banks, not blindsiding your customers.

Just opened an account with PNC online. I went to another branch two days in a row to finish the process. They were the rudest bankers I've dealt with and made me rethink my choice. Reluctantly my husband came to this location as a last chance effort. Right away completely different vibe. We were greeted by Shellie, within 10 minutes the process was completed. Shellie was friendly and professional. Not sure why the other branch was so not. They need to work at this location for some pointers. Thank you Shellie for turning around a the situation!
