I love Metro by T-Mobile has treated me amazing since day one would advise anyone to get Metro by T-Mobile which I think it's way better than T-Mobile alone my opinion

I went in to have my phone switched back to my old phone, I was charged to move it back to the old phone. So I got charged twice!The phone didn't work properly and had to return it to Amazon. Although the is Metro the service is decent. I'm still upset about them putting charges that was very unnecessary ? if y'all do that anymore I'll have to switch my service to something else soon.I've been a long time costumerBut I don't think that matters much to them. I'll be buying a new phone soon.I'll definitely report back if they decide they don't need me as a customer anymore.

I was with metro for about 8 years and the service deteriorated to the point I had to leave. It got where I could not use the phone in my house, constantly I get error message saying not connected to network and several dead areas on treasure coast. I went to AT&T even though it is $10.00 more a month. All the issues with Metro are gone. I will never use Metro again.

Horrible customer service, we were told by the person working that we were required to wear a mask even when they themselves did not have one this is one metro store I will not be going to anymore

Wish I could give a 0 star. Husbands ex wife went in to switch his daughters phone to a diffrent phone without our knowledge or permission. His ex didn't have access to our account or a pass code. We were shocked when we seen charges posted on our account and didn't know where they were from. We found out later by calling corporate what happened. We were also told by corporate that nobody was supposed to be able to get on our account without our pass code. My husband tried calling this location and left several voicemails. He recieved no call backs. We went in 3 days later and Taz was there. He was not helpful or sympathetic to the situation. He offer excuses for everything. He said anyone can come in with a phone on our account and be texted a pin #. Which I and my husband have went in to diffrent Metros before and were denied access without our pin or his license showing he was the account holder.Taz also said he was there that day it happened and answered all the calls. His story then changed to he was late to work that day because he lives down south. We were told by Taz that they never answer voicemails anyway. I said so what if someone really needs helped? He said then they go to another store. He could care less and didn't even try to sympathize with our situation. The manager Sam needs to train his people in customer service. I did start losing my composure after Taz kept making excuses, changing his story, and cutting us off when were speaking. I personally will never go to this Metro again. The ones in Palm Bay are better with customer service, protecting our account, and listening.

So you are just closed in the middle of the day? Just went there and the door was locked. No sign nothing. I don’t really care if you don’t have enough employees to work, but atleast post something saying you aren’t open.

Changed service from Boost back to Metro due to signal issues. Upon arrival store was not crowded, but only one employee running the entire store. Suddenly two more people arrived. I needed 2 phones and service turned on. It took awhile, approx 45 minutes. Got home and phones did not work. Employee forgot a final step and had to return to store again. Granted, employee was great and very polite, but in my opinion overwhelmed by himself. I realize difficult times are upon us, but felt the 2 star rating could have reached a 4 star with one more employee.

They Will mislead into believing what they say but in fact they lie to you just to get the sale. I bought a phone from there and he said I get the first month free but in fact he lied ..One hour later I took the phone back because of the owners numerous lies and he would not honor the 14 day refund. Please if you have to have any dealings metro my advice is to find another metropcs store. Be careful if you have to do business there because he will mislead you..
