Megan is by far the best manager and customer service person I have ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond what she needs to do to satisfy the customer. She is very knowledgeable about all the equipment. She is truly the best person to work with and I highly recommend this store to everyone.

My husband and I came into this store to switch his phone from boost to metro the reps were wonderful, amazing and very nice the service was fast and they explained everything to us (my husband is not computer savvy) the store was very clean it even smelled clean. I would definitely tell all my friends that Megan and Jennifer are the people to go see if they need anything....... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

review on owner/management not store employee.I wanted to cancel my service. could not get online as phone is broke so could not receive text code. called t mobile. told to go to a store and they would verify my identity, call corporate and get a code so service could be canceled. they refused. even after I got support on phone and the store was given instructions in what to do. I am on autopay witch also cannot be accessed without getting a text code. now I will have to call my bank and report as fraudulent charge to get t mobile to stop charging me for something I do not have. what would have taken less than 5 minutes for the store to do turned into a real pain.
