To being with today was horrible I woke up with my phone acting all sorts of weird so I went to my nearest metro by T-Mobile and walked in and immediately was greeted with smiles and a rarely how can I help you. Which made me feel better I explain to the ladies what was wrong and it was like she knew immediately got me out of there happier then I came in as well as fixed my phone that was acting weird all day. The young lady Miranda was respectful and kind I would definitely be back for more of my phone problems including future purchases definitely a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Kiley went above and beyond to help me with a stolen phone issue. She tracked the phone and tried her best to get my back. Issue was not resolved but her customer service was great.

Mimi and kiley are the best…. They are both very knowledgeable.. came in with a problem that I went to 3 different stores and no one could figure it out. They both worked on the problem and fixed it within 2 mins.. forever my store..
