Well first I met Kiley, and she was so patient, kind and absolutely helpful in helping my decision to buy a new phone. She was so fabulous I would highly recommend her for anyone in buying a new phone at this store. Kiley ROCKS

Kiley went above and beyond to help me with a stolen phone issue. She tracked the phone and tried her best to get my back. Issue was not resolved but her customer service was great.
