I came onto this metro location to get a mobile Hotspot. It was late, so I expected the employees to be closing down, but the two girls there, Yelena and Millie were so helpful. They assisted me with acp AND explained my bill thoroughly. This was honestly the best customer service I've received at any Metro in years! Thank you!

A problem with my Nokia phone from day one of purchase. I tried from may until 2 days ago to get it resolved with support, with Nokia corp and the stores previous manager. No one would help me. I have sick parents and right now my phone is vital to me and I could in no way send it off 4 a week 2 b fixed. One phone call to Maria at the US HWY 1 Ft. Pierce store, and she solved my problem with just a few words. I was so delighted I almost cried. I have my new phone 2day. She was so nice, understanding and professional. That Metro location is out of my way, but from now on, Maria is who I will go to see, even if she moves locations. I have been a customer service manager b4, and I know good people when I deal with them. You should give her a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank u , Maria. With what I am going through with my family right now, u have made my life a little easier and I love u 4 it!!!!! It's the little things in life like that, that help people. I just want to thank you Jay,Keondra,Amanda and Katherine for being great at what they do. I was with boost and the service and cx service was just outrageously horrible. But as soon as I was walk into Metro... Jay's energy was overwhelming and welcoming and his team made me feel at home. Thank you guys for everything you do.
