Very friendly Staff. They had the usual snacks and coffee and soft drinks which I appreciate.
The service waiting area was ok. It had a tv. The ladies room needs to be redone it's below average and needs to be updated.
As for my car, we were there for routine maintenance, Service A. I trust they did a good job.
By the way, the Sales office is beautiful. It's in a separate building.
Such a lovely lady working the desk there. 2 pics are the Sales office, the one with the TV is the service lounge.

Compare and contrast.We visited a few dealerships both in person and virtually. The experience varied but certainly didn't measure up to the experience my wife wanted as she pursued her dream vehicle. She had always wanted a Mercedes and wanted the type of premium experience afforded when you decide to purchase one. The experience led us to assume the experience would be no better or worse than what we had with any car purchase - until we took the ride to Fort Pierce. The team here offered just the right amount of attention and assistance to my wife, the premium low pressure experience we were hoping for. We were happy with the entire experience including only 15 minutes in the finance office - well done.The salesperson, Cody Balderamnos, was excellent and helpful. Well done and thank you for the experience everyone should have!

Told me I had bent rims and quoted me $3,000 to repair. Took it to another shop and was told needed new tires which fixed the problem.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Service department spoke and treated me like a failure. From the service rep to the manager. Why buy a Mercedes if they don't want to fix them. Get ready for a huge loss with this brand! Over the phone experience. I'm heart broken

I saw a car I liked online at the Fort Pierce Mercedes , after doing some research on reviews for names of salesmen who were good, I came across the name Aaron Lewis, several times. I called to speak to Aaron and it was a great conversation. Over the course of two months, he and I communicated about the car I wanted and he kept me up to date on any news that came up with the vehicle. When the car was ready to be purchased, he drove two hours to me to deliver the vehicle! The transaction went smooth and I truly feel I received a good deal! Thanks to Aaron Lewis of Fort Pierce for your diligent hard work, you will be my Mercedes referral moving forward!

Service sucks it's simple. Don't get a Mercedes simply get a Lexus or heck even a bmw. You may be asking why, well put it simply I'm currently sitting in a Mercedes on the side of the turnpike that has broken down. What's crazy is I just picked up this Mercedes 24 hours ago from this Mercedes because of another break down. Which is crazier because the car has less then 60,000 miles on it and when I asked about it they simply said oh well it happens. I want to give a 0 star honestly but it won't let me so what I'll do is simply spam it, why? Simple I guess that just happens.

I had two cars repaired here and it was an excellent experience. Tanner helped me with both, and he was especially responsive, on top of things, and just made the entire process really easy. I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout a usually stressful process. He was also extremely knowledgable about insurance claims and the insurance process. simple - avoid this place.one story: had a brake problem, took it to these guys. they fixed it, replaced the brake unit charged me 2700$. took my car to CHURCH STREET GARAGE for the first time. Ryan opened the hood, first time he ever saw the car, he pointed at the brake unit and said "that is new, did they charge you for it"?i said yes. he went on to tell me that that unit was an unlimited mileage lifetime warranty item and i should get my money back. so i go back to mbz and review the work order with them and the idiot behind the service desk agrees with Ryan. But before they will refund the money i need to prove i paid for the service. He is looking at the work! So I asked him if they let people drive off with paying?Eventually had to show the credit card bill proving i had paid.They don't care about you or your car. They only care about your money.Avoid this place like it is the home of COVID1

Recently purchased an S550 from this establishment. Cody was my sales guy and was great to work with. Russell the sales manager was meh... After purchasing the car, I went over a few things that I failed to look at before purchasing... my fault. The front seat motor (up and down) was busted and the horn didn't work. Took the car in and found out it would cost 3K to replace the seat and 1k to repair the horn. I understand about the "as is, where is" deal but at least fix the horn...
