Excellent mechanics and staff!! Had my transmission rebuild in my Ram 2500. The transmission is better than it ever was!! These guys are proper mechanics. They won't let the vehicle leave their shop unless it is repaired to their high standards. They went above and beyond to get the job done. Top notch people and total professionals! I recommend anybody that needs service to bring their vehicle to JW you won't be disappointed.

John is a man of his word pure and simple here's the situation my dad took his RV vacation from Ohio to Florida while down there he broke down transmission went out took it too John to put a new one in when he got back to Ohio it broke down again we found out had something to do with transission John worked on. I called told John what happened .. now iam tell you what 9 out of 10 mechanics would of said at that point not my problem right? Your in Ohio iam in Florida sorry bout ur luck .. Well John is not that 9 out of ten he is the 1 out of 10 that stands completely on his word and work...He not only foot the bill up here have it worked on he got the transmission shipped down there fixed the problem sent it back up .My Dad did not come out of the pocket not once. I must've of called Jon 20 times during all this because it was a process ompletely professional the whole time .i driveHotshotforliving If iam ever down south and my truck needs something fixed I can not do i don't care if I am hours and hours away iam taking it straight to John at J W auto because that man his all about the quality of his work and a true man of his word? for what it's worth John u got a friend up here in Ohio u eva need anything..... They don't make em like u anymore John....Thank u for handling that for my Dad u know how bad he needed that fixed

I was told by another shop that it would be a miracle to find someone to fix my car do to wiring problems. I took my car here and all i can say is THANK YOU! Nothing worse than walking out of a shop and them telling you your car cant be fixed. You guys hooked it up and couldn't be happier walking out of your shop with a fixed car.

I am not the type of person to leave online reviews but after my experience with this place I had to let people know how it went. I took the time off from work hoping these guys were going to be somewhat fair with their prices so I took my car in for a transmission repair or swap and they charged more than what my car is worth. I told them is this a joke? They said my car had one of the most expensive transmission in the market and I thought to myself I don't drive a Bentley or a Maserati how can that be? Anyways my point is if you want to pay 2-3x more than what everybody else charges than go ahead and make an appoint at your own risk.

If you want dealer quality work for less than dealer price this is the shop to go to. They are not the cheapest by any means but when it’s fixed right the first time and the repair lasts you see the value. Jw Automotive is THE DEALER ALTERNATIVE !!
