“Greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked what services I needed handled. Was just cashing a check. Melissa was my teller and she did a wonderful job. Felt secure because she asked for my identification and verified my account # etc. she was very professional and friendly. The kind of people you like to deal with on a daily basis . there were plenty of parking spots available as well.”

I explane to her how I was felt about my experience at the Orange Blossom Mall branch. She apologized and she went way above and beyond to correct their mistakes ( shame on pnc orange blossom mall ) She took her time to take care of me. I left and then came back 30 min later and she was nice to help me again I love the fact she gave me such wonderful service i will be returning to the Virginia Avenue and US one branch.
