The condo we looked at was marvelous beautiful it was two bedrooms two baths and very luxurious looking quiet and private it was on the third floor I don't know why the 4th floor was named PH and not the number 4, anyways I really didn't see any downside to this condo it was very secure very clean I didn't see the amenities but it sounds like and it looked like by the looking at the pool it was well kept and very nice

We have enjoyed this marina for the past 6 years BUT if you leave early after your lease renews, the marina will charge you for the full term of your lease even though the slip will be immediately leased to another tenant.

Nice restaurant, and great location. But why have a good waterfront restaurant and only have a very limited amount of space for boaters to come and park. Tons of slips, but only for paid marina usage. They need to realize that they would increase the boating customers if they offered the ability to have over flow into the marina when your few spaces are full.

I advise against this Marina. Like all marinas on an annual, you’re required to pay the full term, even if you vacate early, and I understand and appreciate this. But this marina is draconian on their policy even if you find them a replacement vessel/tenant to complete and extend the annual lease. And they won’t even allow you to sublet your slip as an alternative. Due to a serious car accident that crippled me, I had to move my boat to an ICW slip close to my home. I offered to provide them a new vessel tenant that was anxious, ready and willing to sign an annual lease to complete my annual lease term and extend multiple years They refused. I asked if I could sublet to this other vessel to complete my term, but they refused. The owners and management are just too unreasonable here.
