The owner is very rude. They put a smaller tire on my car which is a safety hazard and did not want to fix the problem which caused my abs and traction control to come on. He has no problem body pushing you out the door. They do not know how to talk to people. And I will be contacting the BBB and no I was not looking for anything free I just wanted them to fix the smaller tire they put on for the right size I paid for. I don't have no problem paying for labor. They took my money and put on a way to smaller tire. Which put me and my child at risk and now my car is messing up.

Purchase this tire on 6/1/24 and I had to replace this same tire on 6/3/24 called today to inform them on this problem the first thing the guy says is there is no warranty on used tires so basically he didn’t care what happen to me as the customer and I paid $60 for a tire,smh poor customer service

What a service.
I called to have my tire checked for losing pressure. The owner was waiting on me when I got there and he and his employees got me out of there within five minutes. Tire was plugged, it was like a drive-through tire fix.

Two things
I have a lifted truck that I took somewhere else before taking it here to get them mount to the wheel and balanced. Obviously after leaving that tire shop notice that my truck vibrated a lot and even alot more going 50-70 mpg. So I call TCWT and came out to be that the other tire shop place the balancing metal not in the correct location and plus added way to much weight. The owner goes to show me how its suppose to be down correctly.
He told me to take if for spend (mind this, before paying, because he wants me to be satisfied) came back and my truck ran smoothly now.
I have 35/13.50r26 on 26x14 offset
2. He also got me a epic center install right away and tune my amps very well and I love how my sound system sounds light now
