I live beachside and when it came time to replace my A/C - my first concern was durability and ability to withstand the salt air. I called around and got the most patient and in depth answers as to my choices from Grimes. I did end up spending way more than I had budgeted but my reasoning was that a first class A/C would have to be the choice. That was almost 6 years ago. I bought the maintenance plan also. I have kept up with regular maintenance and have run this A/C pretty much constantly. The Grimes guys and the support staff have been consistently, through all this time, helpful, responsive and they keep me cool. I haven’t experienced better service and the equipment is excellent. I would not change a thing and strongly recommend Grimes.Services: A/C system maintenance

I give them a star because there's no lower option. I am a single woman and I had a leakage in my AC. From other expert I wasn't supposed to change the Unit. When they came the second time they said that I needed to replace the Unit. Since I didn't know better and I didn't want any complications I said yes. I paid $8,615 to replace the Unit and not even a month after the same problem came up leaking. I called them when they came the wanted to charge me. Two months later I called for the same problem. 2 days ago it happened and the technician came wanted too charge me. Those people are thieves. I would never recommend them and I think single women should be covered from those people.

It has been an excellent experience working with Grimes. I appreciate the quick response for requests and setting appointments with the office staff. Estimate was reasonable and provided quickly for a new install. Maintenance technicians were courteous, showed up on time and prepared. Not only were they super responsive, they were friendly and helpful! We had just came back from vacation and came home to find that we had no A/C. We called and they came in 20 minutes to see what was going on. Grimes and their team had us back and running in less than 3 days! Thank you for your prompt help with my mother-in-law. We have used Grimes’ services for about three years. Last year, we purchased a new air conditioner unit and it’s working like a champ. In fact, our energy bill cost went down with a more efficient unit. The service we receive from the technicians are first rate and they are a great representation of the company itself. Justin is a great young man, he did the maintenance to our A/C unit this month. I have been using Grimes for more then 20 years. Timmy and his employees are always professional and do a great job. Their prices on new residential A/C units always beat the competitions prices. Between myself and other family members we have had 5 units installed by Grimes. I’ve never had a problem with Grimes, heating and air.Waiting eagerly for return of warranty part for air-conditioning unit once I'm up and running then I will submit final review.
