At 15 minutes til closing time and employee told me the dressing rooms were closed for the night. All employees were up front grouped together and laughing instead of helping people. One of them made sure to update shoppers every 5 minutes when the store would close though. Pitiful store!

Wow!! $99.99 for used Nikes that weren’t $99 to start with. Unbelievably high prices. HIGHER PRICES THAN RETAIL They have mellos for 99$, I just bought that pair for 79$ at the mall so save yourself $20 by going straight to the store.
6.99 for used walmart kids shorts, is that a joke???
9.99 for used pajamas again walmart brand. 5.99 for a used work hat - name joe blow whatever cheap hat, nothing special.
who is paying these prices when u can pay less at ross or marshall’s?? another goodwill store got me for 24.99 on a dress.
These prices are out of control.

I'm writing as a concern about the etiquette of Goodwill during a hurricane they have the employees working and now several of them are stuck due to hurricane why is Goodwill even open during a hurricane you guys do not even supply any supplies other than closing shoes you're putting your employees and other people at risk. I will no longer be supporting goodwills for anything or anymore. They only got a one-star because the only way I can post this. Sad.

Wife left her prescription glasses in changing room. Shoppers report it to workers . Workers lock said changing room says the other Shoppers. Wife goes and asks front desk everyone acts clueless. Manger gets involved. He was is useless. I say to my wife I will step out and call police. All of a sudden my wifes items appear in said changing room. Lady gets smart with my wife like they where there the whole time. Even the manger looked and they where not there. They where Tiffany prescription glasses. So American to have your employees steal from your customers. Then shame the victim. Place is a dump also

Awesome good will! Thank you Joshua specifically for being helpful! Seriously, this goodwill has a lot of cool stuff and is kept pretty clean and organized! Definitely on my list of "great" wills.

Always something to buy at Goodwill. 3 pairs of jeans for hubby for work, a pineapple desert tray and a blue starfish candle holder.

Used to pay 20$ for the year to be a gold or silver membership. Because of my job I don't get to visit as much as I would like but the money was worth it. 5.99 a month almost triples the membership and is not worth it for me. Think I'll not be renewing my membership

I don’t usually do reviews but this is so ridiculous and not a way to run a store. They like to tell people to leave their stuff up front and take personal items like wallets and deny everything. And the managers don’t do anything that will actually help the situation. so disrespectful and unprofessional. if i could do 0 stars i would.
