We have been visiting this store since its opening and have never been disappointed by the value (savings) of the merchandise and the quality of the service and staff. However on Saturday October 14th, 2023 my wife and I had an exceptional experience. During the course of our time in the store we had the opportunity to interact with a number of the staff who were friendly, courteous and professional. Of special note was our experience with Krissy, the on duty manager. I was quite impressed that she was working out on the floor while encouraging her experienced staff and mentoring/coaching a new team member. With all this going on she took a few moments away to ask us about our experience. It was outstanding to see leadership at work within your organization at what is the level that matters the most to your patrons.Excellent Job!

This place is a joke someone one comes to steal and then she ringing up all the stuff that the person who try to take the stuff this was after she comes out talking about she going chase the person down she has a gun in her car. They don't want to give you your change back this place worried about someone stealing but they steal from the paying customers never again

What happened to all of the kids clothes?This is the second Goodwill that I've been to that they've taken all of the kids clothes off the rack?I have four kids and four nieces. I'm looking to thrift stores for affordable items.Please don't tell me that you're throwing them away?!!!

It's a shame that thrift stores are more expensive than most stores in Florida. The items that are sold in these stores are used and some times worn out ,have stains and yet are very expensive.
