My first customer experience with GB Tech.I work for a small hospital, and my nursing staff had left me high and dry by not letting me know we needed training supplies until literally the very last minute. Rescheduling a trainer would have costs our hospital thousands. Using in-date products for training purposes would have cost around 10 thousand.Santiago at GB Tech was not only able to source the needed supplies for our training, but went out of his way to hand deliver them to UPS for shipment, as the pickup deadline had already passed. He sent me confirmation of sale, shipping, and tracking within minutes of my purchase.Super friendly, super efficient, outstanding customer service!Really appreciate you guys and Santiago deserves a raise. Thanks again!!!

I've purchased multiple in-date medical supplies from them and the quality of the products is always great. Now, I'm able to shop directly on their website shopping cart. Easy to find the products they have in stock so we don't have to waste time calling and asking if they have product availability. Shipping is done on time and their customer support has been good when we've needed.

Worst company and service. Bought some disposables online for 10 days ago.They haven't shipped my goods and haven't even texted to me. After texted to them several letters just refunded my money.

I discovered the hard way that GB Tech USA seems to have no actual customer support. I realized after I hit send on my order that the shipping address on my order was wrong. I immediately sent an email to the address listed on my order confirmation as the point of contact: no answer. When I received notification that my order had shipped via UPS to the wrong address, I tried to change the address through UPS, but I was told to contact the sender. I sent the sender another email, and another: no response. Only after the package was delivered to the wrong address and I reported through PayPal that I had not received my package did I hear from them -- once -- to apologize, but to say my email had ended up in their junk folder, and what could they do to make things right? I responded to their email: no response. I assume my response to their email went back to their junk folder.I admit, I failed to catch the shipping address issue before I hit send; bad on me. Amazingly, the people at the address who received the package reached out to me (no thanks to GB Tech USA), so while I had to pay for shipping (again), I got what I ordered, and it arrived in good shape -- I will give GB Tech USA credit for that. But what if I had done everything right and the order was lost in the mail, or were broken or didn't work? Clearly GB Tech USA has no mechanism for handling that.
