My daughter first nail on, she has the worst experience, the tech didn't handle it well, rude to her, on our way out he mentioned something in foreign language, and laughed, my 14 years old say to mom please never bring me there again.

I went in on Saturday for a full set by Sunday I had three nails fall off this place is money hungry and CHEAP they rush and move fast just to take your money !!! The eyebrow tint she put on my eyebrows have my face GREASY she said 2weeks it lasted 2 days and was off !! they are the worst wish I could’ve gave them no stars !! And by the way it was one of the men who did my nails the work suck !

I went there for a pedicure manicure and when I left, everything looked nice. Then, by the time I got home, my hands and my feet were completely dry, and I could see my cuticles were terrible. I could actually take my finger and scratch my arm. I could take my big toe and scratch my other leg and I constantly have to use a file to file off the skin. I called them and the lady at the front desk Said come in and let me look at it.
When I got there and I walked in she said what do you need? What do you need? I thought that wasn’t very nice.
I showed her and she starts saying no no no if she cuts more off, it will bleed, and I said look at this. I can peel off the polish by pushing the cuticle back. She kept arguing with me, so finally, I just said forget about it, and I turned around and left. I get a manicure and pedicure regularly and I wouldn’t let them do this again for free let alone pay them $50. And I cannot believe her attitude you always take care of your customer. I’ve been a businessman all of my life!

Got my eye brows tinted for the first time they said last 3 weeks didn’t even last 3 days :( now I’m going into Christmas with no eye brows because they cutt them all off to do the tint :(

A person doesn't mind paying for services without complaining and giving a generous tip but for the nails to not last a week because the manager hires emotional men as employees who decide what they do and dont want to do while she sits there and does nothing is outrageous its like shes running a nail salon daycare then her attitude was worse than mine but wasted my time and moneyOn the bright side she do good eyebrows n lashes

$40 for a polish French tip on feet and wax…,Let alone I didn’t ask for gel they just assumed I wanted it . Then when I called to address the issues the lady was very rude and handled the situation very unprofessional and told me to dispute it with the bank, after she miscommunicated what I wanted to the guy David which was a simple French tip. I normally go here but I will not return . They don’t care about the customers just the money !!! This is why you can’t support everyone their attitude is very nasty but not all only some of them . ?
