Look at all these roaches, surrounding me everyday..I jus need some time, some time to get away! And that's exactly what I did! Infested with roaches in this store once I walked in! Smashed on the floor, and crawling on the cooler doors back where the milk is. DISGUSTING

This store has horrible management and customer service! Always a mess and managers and cashiers are rude. I guess when you get paid pennies you act ignorant.

I didn't have the normal experience I usually would today, I'm usually known as "pop star" or the Taco Bell girl whenever I'd go in there, now today, I was racially profiled and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. As soon as I walked in a tall, dark and skinny gentleman says "Excuse me, your bag, your bag! You can't just walk into the store with your bag" as if I'd steal from the store, if I didn't have the money to pay, I simply wouldn't have come into the store. I felt angry and embarrassed ESPECIALLY because he and I are both black, so you'd think he understands what it's like to be insulted in such way, so much that he wouldn't do it. I had to maintain my composure and told the other black cashier with blonde hair, that I understand it's her policy, and that I am not a theif. I am absolutely livid, and I'd like to have a word or two with Chris because apparently he hadn't taught his employees proper etiquette.

The manager Chris forces his employees off their mental health medication, alters the schedule so that they're overtime is no longer there, over works the employees to the point of them breaking down and nothing happens because family Dollar does not care about their employees and treats them like their trash.

This is one of my favorite Family Dollar's. The manager, Christopher, really cares about his store and it shows. Every time I ask him where something is, he knows EXACTLY where it is.The store is clean and organized, too.

Terrible! Store always a mess, blocked isles, employees NOT wearing masks! They are on their personal cell phones most of time. They do not keep eye out for checkout. Dirty uniforms, Most non professional people ever! No training at all.
