I am a regular customer. That comes mostly every day. Went to get some balloons and they didn't even had strings to hold them. The new manager Jess joking around like if the place is a spot to hang out.

Manager was completely rude,making a fuss about the line getting long,other 2 employees were nice but it’s just the manager attitude that killed it :/
