First time coming to this store to purchase a dress for a wedding that's in a couple of days. Drove up 30 WHOLE MINUTES! I arrived at 4:10 and some lady at the door was locking it up and said it was closed DESPITE the time saying it closes at 6:30 NEVER AGAIN!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!!!!

Eunice was a wonderful and helpful woman. She helped my daughter and I find the best gowns for a wedding. The store is fully stocked with any style you want.

Not even working looking at I was there 15 minutes no body greeted me there was not much in my size and I got no help and the lady working was very rude completely ruined my bridal experience or dress shopping

Upon walking in, I wasn’t greeted but that’s no big deal. But I did notice a strange smell throughout the store and the temperature was rather warm, so already off to a not pleasant shopping experience. But as I was looking through the wedding dresses I noticed everything was not of the best quality. It was similar to something I would’ve ordered from wish. The materials were cheap, heavy, and the beadery looked like it would fall off. The sizes were all over the place, organized by size but when looking at a dress that was a size 6, it said “small”, so I’m not sure how that would even work. The prices were good, definitely a good deal for a cheap wedding dress. But the quality and experience is not up to par. If you are looking for a quick, cheap, definitely not a keeper wedding dress then this is your place. I personally walked out, and when I walked out, I was also still not acknowledged. The woman there was on the phone the entire time. I only stopped in because the reviews were decent, but definitely not worth the 3.7 stars it has. Wish I could’ve said better things.

The woman who worked there was nice. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a (non wedding) dress as they all looked fairly out of date. Most of them where similar to styles you’d see in an early 2000’s teen movie. On top of that, the place claims to be handicapped accessible but I could barely navigate my thin knee scooter through the unorganized isles of dresses. I couldn’t imagine trying the same with a wheel chair. Plus sizes were also comparably frumpy to the “regular” ones. Just because someone is curvy doesn’t mean they want to appear matronly and covered.

Worst place ever, I brought my wedding dress in to be altered and hemmed, as I was getting my dressed pin a roach fell from the ceiling onto the bottom of my dress, I let that go. Fast forward to two weeks later when I went to pick up my dress, the length was fine and the rest if it was horrible, the black didn't lay flat like it was supposed to and the sides were barely taken in and the waist was taken in too much. When I told her it was wrong and didn't fit properly she wouldn't listen and told me this is what I wanted, she wouldn't listen when I tried to explain what needed to be fixes, I was so upset, my daughter was with me and said take it off and we will go somewhere else, now mind you she charged me $200 for this which I had to pay upfront. Run far from this place and don't look back, I ended up going to a amazing place in Jupiter who fixed the mess she made.

My wife was in need of an evening gown. She left the house in tears thinking she would not find a gown. A totally new woman came home. She was so excited and pleased with her elegant gown. My wife could not stop talking about how helpful the lady was and all of the beautiful selections. Thank you Eunice Bridal, you went above and beyond and may I say, the elegant gown looked absolutely beautiful on my wife.
