Arnold and Alyssa took care of me when my car had to go in for repairs. They took the time to explain everything and were SUPER friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend. When I need a rental, I will come back to this location because of Arnold and Alyssa

Roach invested rental!!!!This location called me the morning of my reservation to let me know my rental was ready. My husband and I showed up, and they let us know they upgraded our rental because the car we requested needed to be detailed and the detailer was late. We took the upgrade (who wouldn’t) and proceeded on our way. 2 hours in to our trip (at dusk, after all other locations had closed) my husband saw one roach running around the console of the car. The rest of our trip was a nightmare - roach after roach came out and after we shined a light on them, they ran back in to the dash of the car. I think this location LIED about the detailer being late, and gave us the “upgrade” just to get that car off the lot. Not to mention, after they washed the car and I did my walk around, it was still dirty! The previous renter took it to the beach, I guess, and sand was everywhere!SO disappointed and infuriated!

-10 stars!!! Worst experience ever. Reserved an SUV a month in advance to fit 7 people, you would think given a month they would have the vehicle reserved available right?? Go inside and they say they do not have a car available for us and that we didn’t reserve one even after showing them the email confirming that we did. Waited 2 hours just for Vanessa and some other bimbo to be just chit chatting outside talking about what they’re going to do over the weekend, maybe ruin other people’s day.Tried to get us into a Toyota Corolla, where are the rest of the people going to fit? Just horrible!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!

Let me start by saying if I could get zero stars I would first and last time I'll ever come to this establishment super expensive they don't have enough cars for the type of Valium they get with that fake reviews I do not recommend this establishment take your business elsewhere boast about having clean cars they can't handle the influx vol money making machine form the disadvantage do yourself a favor and stay away 2.6 at Best

My experience at this location has been awesome. Branch Rental Manager Vanessa is super sweet and made the process quick and easy. Definitely will be renting again for my next trip. ☺️

First off, Tiffany at this location gets 5 stars. More if I could. The guy that was working with her gets 0 and less if I could. So I’ll meet in the middle. I had a car reserved with Rep Alex via phone call to pick up car at 3pm. I’ve rented about 40xs from enterprise. I said I’d prefer to use my debit card. Alex says no problem. I get to the location at 3pm and the gentleman working with Tiffany at 3pm 6/29/23 said I can give you a free upgrade but you have to use a CC. I said I don’t want to use a CC. Guess what? There were no other cars. Because Lyft dropped me off I had to wait for a ride but during that time Tiffany saved the day by giving someone else that car and letting me rent the car I could use my debit card for. Faith in humanity is restored. The gentleman was basically sorry for your bad luck. I even said you can hold $1000 on my debit I need this car. Can’t help you he said.

I made a reservation about 2 weeks before our trip and got a reservation number. A week before the trip I get call confirming the the SUV and saying it would be ready. I show up the day off at the pick up time and get told they no longer had the SUV and that I had to wait hours for one to show up. The attendant then tells me they had a minivan available, I go outside and come back in to reserve the mini van just for her to tell me she never said that. I had to run around for an hour at other agencies trying to find something that would fit us one hour before our trip. Keep in mind the attendant never called me back about an available vehicle coming in.

A women who work here cursed me out on the phone and told me i will never be able to rent again… The women who work here who answer the phone is very rude i recommend nobody goes here going to hertz

Left work to do an Uber to enterprise. My reservation was 1pm. When I got there I was told that no cars was available so I had to wait. 15-20mins I was told that an SUV is the only thing available however I had requested for a specific car instead. Overall it just felt so unprofessional and a lot of time in between for no reason. I recommend 06/10This is the 975 enterprise.

So, the girls were freaking awesome in the office!!!In and out within 7 minutes...Again, in the truck in 5 minutes and out the driveway.Uh-oh.....I look at gas gauge....I'm almost on freaking empty !!!AND.......every gas station has their pumps bagged....no gas!!!!!So my rental truck, for $500 a week is stuck in my freaking yard!!!! What the hell!!!!My truck died, now I'm paying $509 for a 2023, that has no gas!!!!Are you freaking kidding me!!!!

The worst customer service ever. Tiffany was very disgruntle, unprofessional, and lacked customer relation support. As a matter of fact I'm still waiting for her to call me back from 3/24/2023. After telling me to book my reservation at her location vs keeping it with Vinny in south Ft Pierce only to call me with an attitude informing me they had no cars and she would call me around 3pm to let me know if anything became available. When I asked her if she could call the other location to see if they had cars available she responded "no you can call" her tone was condescending and lacked empathy. I plan to reach out to Corp because she sets a poor example of grace and professionalism. Thanks to Vinny at another location I was able to make my engagement.
